The peaceful hamlet of Saint-Sulpice 9 minutes drive from Château-Gontier with its splendid Château de la Rongère overlooking the Mayenne river, a jewel of the department, is grouped with the small neighboring village of Loigné-sur-Mayenne, both forming the new municipality of "La Roche-Neuville" (names of 2 locks on the Mayenne river below). Airbnb represents this part of the house with its independent entrance on Rue du Val Fleuri parking on the peaceful street right in front of the entrance. Fully renovated comfortable ground floor + 1 floor house, with contemporary decoration embellished with beautiful pieces of antique furniture. 2 bedrooms upstairs each with wardrobes, 1 shower room with WC. Well equipped kitchen with fridge + freezer compartment, 2 ovens, induction cooktop, washing machine and dishwasher. 4 wonderful weeks with my cat. Thierry is a warm, always friendly, sociable, smiling and available host.

Very good stay for two nights, quiet. It is a very relaxing, rejuvenating place, in the countryside.

Second stay in this beautiful apartment in the heart of Château-Gontier. Ideally located. Close to a great sushi restaurant, and close to water activities. Would I go back again
