Architect-designed nature cabin by an idyllic lake

Expanded/renovated cabin in a lovely spot in the south of Norway. You have to row across a small body of water to get to the cabin, or walk through the forest (700 meters). Here you can swim, fish for trout in the water or be lucky to see ospreys gliding over the water. There are eagle's nests not far from the cabin. Simply a magical place on the waterfront. The sleeping areas have windows so you can look out into the nature when you are lying in bed. Relaxation guaranteed! We are considering renting out to well-behaved people for a few weekends a year and a few weeks in the summer.

Mandal's largest hiking area is within walking distance. Hot tub for starry evenings and lovely terrace for sunbathing and lazy days. On clear days you can see halfway to Denmark. This is one of Mandal's most beautiful view plots. The house has a large living room with a fireplace for the colder days and for idyllic summer nights. A place of peace in the soul!

A cozy forest cabin among moss and ferns, where sunbeams dance between the trees. Paddle quietly between water lilies, past the beaver lodge – or stay on the deck with a coffee cup, a friend, or a book in the morning sun. Here you will find peace, birdsong and plenty of room for the little pleasures. Poor coverage (thankfully) – but Wi-Fi is available in case of need. 20 min to shops, cafes and city life, and 45 min to the zoo in Kristiansand. This is the perfect base to go around and experience, or just stay and breathe. It's your choice.

Exclusive treetop cabin undisturbed in beautiful nature. Only 15 kilometers from Kristiansand city center. Here you can sit and listen to nature and when the evening comes, only the moon and the stars will light up for you! Get in touch with nature again at this unforgettable accommodation.
