Beautiful accommodation with 2 fantastic balconies or 1 balcony and 1 roof terrace. Everything is sparkling clean and very spacious. Simple kitchen equipment and no bath towels available for terrace or beach. Good and quiet. Everything in Split is easy to walk. Everything is super and definitely recommended.

Stayed at Ivana's apartment for 2 weeks and it felt like home. Clean, comfortable, everything you could want for an enjoyable stay. Washer AND dryer, lots of storage in bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, private backyard and terrace, 5-10 minute walk to 2 grocery stores, 15 minute walk to Old Town (with stairs, but to be expected). Ivana is an excellent host, always responsive. When I mentioned a few items I thought the apartment was lacking, she responded by delivering a package the next morning with all the items. That's what I call a perfect host. If I'm ever lucky enough to visit Split again, Ivana's place is where I would stay. A final word: if you're allergic to cats, bring your allergy meds, there are plenty of cats outside the building and sometimes in your private backyard.

Great walking distance to the old town and well equipped with everything you need. It was a lovely stay!

Overall, it was a great stay. We were warmly cared for. The place was great and there was a lot to do in the area. We'd love to come back. Ivanka was always available and always friendly and nice as well as helpful.

Everything was perfect, even more than i need. Marina is an amazing host, no need to try to figure anything out, because Marina already thought about it even before. So through out the whole month everything was good, and there was no stress.

We spent three nights at this Airbnb and overall were very satisfied with our stay! AnaMaria met us, showed us around the place and provided a few simple instructions. The place was spacious and the beds were comfortable. We did notice ants in the kitchen after leaving a baked good (wrapped up) on the counter so after that we made sure to keep everything in the fridge. The shower/bath situation takes some getting used to, but very manageable. It was also great to have a washer and dryer available! You will need to bring your own detergent or buy some locally.

The accommodation is beautiful, even more beautiful in real life. The upstairs terrace with hot tub and views are amazing Everything is spotless, the accommodation is clean, the linen smells good, it has everything you need. Nearby are supermarkets and the main axis to get around. Marijana was a particularly thoughtful and responsive host, we thank her. Don't hesitate!

The two of us spent just under two weeks in the apartment in September 2024. The place is highly recommended! 👍 About the property: The room is clean and equipped with a detailed guest manual with information. Several times a week (2-3 times) fresh towels were provided. The kitchenette has two hotplates, a fridge, kettle and the necessary utensils. The bathroom with shower is clean. The highlight is the balcony with the beautiful view of the bay of Okrug Gornji and the sunset. About the location: Two supermarkets are within walking distance, the beach is halfway steep downhill but also not far (about 10 minutes). Along the harbor promenade are some restaurants and bars. In September, the pebble beach was not crowded. A rental car is highly recommended, there are many beautiful beaches and nature to discover.

Great stay in this beautiful villa. Clean, easy to access and conveniently located between airport and the city of Split, we recommend this villa. Our host was very attentive and checking in regularly. We were able to take advantage of the very well-maintained pool. Both bathrooms are very handy. The two terraces and the barbecue area are very nice. The proximity to the railway is not a big problem because there is little traffic. The village of Kastel Stari includes a beautiful seaside and a beautiful hinterland with beautiful hikes. Very good stay.

We had an incredible stay at Niko’s property. Everything was brilliant, from the communication to the recommendations and more. The real standout is the private roof terrace with hot tub overlooking the sea and nearby island of brac.

Superb, high quality house for 6 adults, plenty of space for all with separate lounge, dining room and 2 terraces. Air conditioning worked very well in height of summer. Peaceful location yet handy for harbour, beaches, supermarkets and bakery. Most evenings something would be happening in the harbour - live music; fashion show etc. Sutivan was a real delight - felt very authentic - a lovely buzz but not too busy, beaches were great and didn’t have a bad meal anywhere. Ulrich was super helpful from initial enquiry and very quick to respond with all of my queries. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely stunning. The love put into the Green Dream can be felt both inside and outside. Simply fantastic garden, stunning decor inside. Great for all ages. Easy access to restaurants and Split. We hope to be back. Thanks so much to Ana for letting us open the season and feeding us an amazing traditional dinner.

Just loved staying at Dijana’s place. The courtyard is wonderful. The apartment is well laid out, had a washer and dryer, and a well equipped kitchen. Loved the area as well - very walkable to the historic areas of Split. We want to stay a month or longer! Dijana is a very responsive host as well. We definitely recommend this location for anyone visiting Split!

The hosting was great as well as the communication with Ante. The house was spotless and everything you needed was there. We had a great time.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Split. The location is super convenient, being close to the airport and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants in the neighborhood. It's just a 20-minute Bolt or Uber ride from the bustling Old Town, which allowed us to easily explore the historic center and then retreat to the peace and quiet of the house afterward. The hosts were incredibly friendly and kind, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house itself was fantastic—exactly as described, with all the amenities you could want. It was the perfect base for our trip!

Our stay at Apartment Martini was fabulous!! SO clean, amazing location, so close to a great beach, and the hosts went out of their way to accommodate us. Some construction going on right next door that starts early but we’re early risers. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

We had a great stay. The apartment is as described! In addition it is in a very good location and easy to access to go to the city center. The parking space is very much appreciated because it must not be easy to park if you don't have it. Thanks to the host for their responsiveness! We had a pleasant time in their accommodation!
