Nerium Penthouse

Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

Private villa with a heated pool and views of the Bay of Kastel and the archipelago of Split, which is located in Rudine (Kastela). The villa and the gardens are completely closed and private so you can enjoy complete privacy. Far from the crowd, but close. The large heated pool with massage is created for enjoyment. There is a railway line about 150 metres away and the bus stop which is 600 metres away. Split and Trogir is about 20 minutes away by car. The nearby beach is 5 minutes by car.

There are also two bedrooms, one of them has its own bathroom, while the other bathroom is located in the hallway of the apartment. There is a large terrace where you can enjoy meals or evening gatherings. During your stay, you can use the pool or a special facility with a barbecue and seating area. The pool is not heated and it is shared with other guests.

Just a 15 minute walk to the local grocery store and a 10 minute walk to the train station nearby.
