Bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed, loft with double bed and a single bed. Private bathroom with shower and toilet. Air heat pump! Private outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent a wood-fired sauna at an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not so big but nice! Welcome to peaceful Råtorp. Located about 3 km from Karlstad city center. The residence is located on the ground floor with its own entrance. 160 cm bed and a sofa bed with two seats each. Bus stop is 1-2 minutes' walk from the accommodation that takes you into town in 7 minutes. The bus line also goes all the way up to Karlstad University. With a 15-minute walk across the new bridge, you can easily get to Löfberg's purple arena. The property has a free parking space and Wi-Fi.
