Small cabin with charm on Øståsen in Vikersund. 40 min walk uphill from the parking lot. Here you can experience a simple life without electricity and water. The way up is a nice walk, a bit heavy in some parts. Recommended to go up before it gets dark. Remember to bring good shoes and warm clothes. At the top awaits the prize, flat and nice with beautiful views :) Bunk bed in the kitchen, sofa bed in the living room. Well-designed, small accommodation with a location close to the city center and views of the city. It is 1.2 km (about 16 minutes) to walk from/to Jernbanen. It is a 1.7 km (about 23 min) walk to USN. Bus stop is just below the apartment. There are two bus lines that both go to Drammen Sentrum. There are several supermarkets within walking distance. The field with hiking opportunities, swimming area in the summer and ski slopes in the winter is not far away. Trains to Oslo run several times an hour and take about 40 minutes to Oslo Central Station.

The house is 94 sqm and contains two large bedrooms, a small bathroom with heated floors, large and spacious entrance, new kitchen and large living room with two large sofas that can be used as beds. Everything was renovated in 2017. There is a patio with evening sun that belongs to the house and parking outside. Right by the beach, forest, mountains and city. Whether you want to travel, climb, kite or just relax. Heating is provided by a heat pump and wood stove as well as panel heaters.

Kitchen holds a modern standard. Main cabin holds to bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a single bed), living room, dining area (with a kitchen sofa that can be made in to a double bed) and kitchen. Second cabin is the bathroom and third cabin is a bedroom. Note: The third cabin is without electricity.
