Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Royat

The atypical accommodation was functional, clean and pleasant in this small Auvergne village. We spent 3 nights there, being invited to festivities in the village. Very happy, we recommend it.

The welcome by Lanjri is perfect. In addition, the car park is nearby and very convenient. The house in the city centre is very pleasant and bright and the weather allowed us to enjoy the small kitchen terrace and the larger one on the top floor. Very well-equipped kitchen with kitchen essentials: oil, salt, pepper… dishwasher tablets… The lift is a significant plus for luggage. And, everything is clean in the house.

Perfect location for quick and easy access to the Zenith. Nice studio, all well equipped. Thanks also to Marek for his sympathy, his attention to the well-being of his tenants and his responsiveness to deadlines.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this cottage. The location is truly unique, with phenomenal views. The house was clean and well maintained. Jean-Claude welcomed us warmly and gave good tips for restaurants and walks. Top!

Élise and Nicolas are caring, attentive, very responsive to all questions. The apartment is perfect in every way. Layout, decoration, very clean, complete linen, toiletries and household products at your disposal, good location for activities, shops and Sunday morning market nearby, free parking space in front of the accommodation. Cosy exterior and not overlooked. Quiet neighborhood. In short, we will come back, that's for sure! :-)

Nice welcome as soon as I arrive with all the small messages received before my departure for explanation. Accommodation rented to recharge my batteries in peace and quiet. Everything was perfect. Very nice environment. Cocooning house. Even if I could make a small fireplace for me. House with all the small amenities provided. I followed the tips of the proposed hikes. Hosts with great care. The accommodation was perfect for these 2 days. It's beautiful, clean and super well organized (I'm an interior designer so it was an important criteria for me). The kitchen is convenient, the bathroom too and the bed is very comfortable. I had trouble finding the lockbox because I was a little tired by the road but Severine called me very quickly and well directed. She is a very nice person. In short, it's a very nice little apartment with an amazing value for money, which I can only recommend.

Pleasantly surprised by François' warm welcome and responsiveness. The apartment is very easily accessible, zero steps, parking space. The equipment is complete. Whenever I needed something, I found it. It feels good! I would recommend it 100%.

Very pleasant stay in this spacious, well-appointed, modern, bright apartment with unobstructed views, perfectly equipped. Small surprise: the TV to connect to your smartphone; once successful, everything is fine! The parking space is a real advantage, in this neighborhood, very close to shops and the center, but with paid parking. For my part, I will gladly return.

Very good apartment, nice, well furnished, close to the centre and perfect for visiting Clermont-Ferrand. The flat was clean, well-equipped and as described. Communication with the hosts was smooth before and during the stay. I recommend it to anyone visiting the area. However, there may be a little noise in the evening, especially due to the Cote-Blatin boulevard which is nearby.
