We were delighted to spend a few days in this accommodation: it is very well located, very clean, consistent with the photos, the place is quiet and peaceful and the interior is well appointed. There is everything you need on site, the bedding is of good quality. The balcony with sea view as well as the private parking space are a real plus. The hosts were kind and responsive.

Apartment in a very good location, exceptional view, well arranged and very clean! Close to all amenities, everything can be done on foot! Natacha from the concierge and her team are very professional! We will remember this address and will be back with pleasure!

Laure is a hostess who deserves her good reviews: nothing to say. Top accommodation...Providing bikes is better to get to the center of La Rochelle (10 min by the canal) otherwise 30 min walk. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

A great stay at Linda's. We found a very clean and well-stocked accommodation. a very nice terrace with full sun. The residence is quiet. Linda welcomed us on arrival, she was good advice, very kind and very accommodating for the arrival and departure time as well as for the bike storage. We thank her very much. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the island of Oléron is very beautiful and well supplied with bike paths and in addition with the sun!

Thanks to Viviane for hosting us, we had a pleasant stay. The accommodation is very clean, functional and comfortable. Beach is a 5-minute walk away, the daily market is a 10-minute walk away. Super well located accommodation, we had a pleasant stay in this accommodation. Provide quiescent balls anyway on weekends because there are sometimes people who make noise in the street, otherwise everything is nonsense!

Quiet residence with swimming pool, great for children, easy walking access to the city center with all its shops and restaurants... and the port growing slightly. Great things to do around! I recommend without a problem!

An excellent studio located about 25-30’ walk to the old town. Easy access and parking and access to a swimming pool onsite. The studio is small but well designed and optimised for the space. The AC is not a wall unit and is very noisy. We therefore needed to open the door to the terrace and there was a lot of noise in the apartments opposite from young men having a party till 2am each night. With ear plugs we were fine. We were very happy with the apartment otherwise and recommend the host.

Hélène is a very pleasant and accessible host. The listing is true to the listing and functional. A big plus point about the location, it is located in a quiet area, close to the beach and shops. Great for doing anything by foot!
