Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Rowley Regis

I needed a place to stay whilst attending a work conference at the Birmingham Conference and Events Centre. Paulina’s apartment was an oasis - beautifully cleaned, relaxing, well stocked and large. Excellent amenities. Check in was incredibly smooth and easy, very flexible. Walkable from train station. I didn’t explore the area much but very convenient groceries, and felt safe walking around alone.

We felt at home in Shazad’s house. He was very helpful and quick to respond. Great stay from a great host. Easily recommended!

Lovely stay! Looked exactly like the photos, definitely would stay again as host were very responsive and had great communication throughout our stay. You do have to pay for parking, however there was no issues. Thank you YM3 Living!

Really peaceful and comfortable stay. Check-in was really easy. Felt really private and relaxing. Good value. Will be back the next time I’m on tour in the area :)

Easy to find and access once getting off the motorway. Walking distance to the tram station. The apartment itself had all that we needed. Very responsive host and was happy to accommodate a 1-hour earlier check-in for us!

Simply perfect! The hamlet is a haven of unparalleled tranquility. In Lantern Cottage itself we marvelled at the tasteful design and a ceaseless feast of wonderful quirkiness. The beautifully tended garden is a delightful place to find solitude. One of the highlights of our many travels this idyllic cottage is a definite revisit.

Our stay @ The Mill was just perfect Debs is the most wonderful host who looked after our every need with plenty of banter as well 😆 The Mill itself is beautifully restored with so many original features both inside & out . I spent the first night just walking around in wonder Then the outside … just wow 🤩 Our own lake , friendly llamas 🦙, pigs , chickens laying you fresh eggs for brekkie … the list just goes on & on I personally loved sleeping at night with the doors open listening to all the animals Needless to say we will be returning as soon as we’re back in the UK When people say this is a hidden gem 💎 believe me The Mill surpasses all The Mill is a treasure trove 💚

You get what it says on the can! Great little home from home. Spotlessly clean and with all the amenities you could possibly need to make your stay easy and comfortable. Already booking the next visit. Why waste time looking for anywhere else when this home ticks all the boxes? We had a great time using Yoniques home as a base for an event at the NEC. My daughter has already asked if we can stay again.

Beautiful place, would 110% recommend

I stayed here for around 40 days and honestly, it felt like a home away from home. The hosts are incredibly responsive and kind — they replied to any queries I had almost instantly, and were sweet enough to accommodate a late checkout when I requested it. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures: cosy, clean, and very inviting. The pantry was well stocked with essentials (and more), which made cooking easy and convenient. Every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and I felt genuinely spoilt! The Wi-Fi is fast, everything is well maintained, and the location is perfect — just a 7–8 minute bus ride to Bullring. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a comfortable and well-managed stay.

Amazing spot on the outskirts on the city - yet in the most peaceful grounds in their own slice of the countryside. What a little gem to have stayed in. Pam and her husband Paul are absolutely lovely hosts who could not have make me feel more welcome. 🙏🏼

I Stayed here for 6 weeks whilst on placement. Cosy and clean place to come back to at the end of the day, great kitchen and very useful to have washing machine too, the lounge area was also very cosy and great TV with everything I needed!! The studio was only 20 mins from city centre so lots to do around the area and i found a great gym only 10 mins away. Overall, a really nice place, will being going back if ever down there again.
