Das dreihundertjährige Haus wurde 2021-2024 aufwändig restauriert mit dem Ziel, seinen Charakter zu bewahren. Beim Umbau mit lokalen Handwerksbetrieben wurde viel Wert auf die Verwendung natürlicher Materialien gelegt. Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet mit einer luxuriösen Küche, einem modernen Bad und einem tollen Garten.

The apartment is in a house of the 1800s that over the years has been renovated. It is a typical accommodation, equipped with a wood stove, the floors as the ceilings are made of wood. To access the bathroom there is a staircase. Separate entrance, garden with BBQ and pergola for grilling, the laundry room is shared with the other two apartments. There are public transport stops a minute's walk away. Pets are welcome, please notify your furry friend when booking.

We rent our lovingly furnished mountain hut in the Maggiatal Valley, Canton of Ticino. Built in 1866, the Rustico was completely renovated in 2021 and is located on Mount Arnau, above the village of Giumaglio, at an altitude of 1000 m. The hut is only accessible on foot and requires a two-hour hike uphill. It offers everything for a cozy and relaxing stay. We look forward to your visit.
