Great place for a larger group! Great location for skiing and going to downtown Steamboat.

Jay and Shelley’s place was a perfect fit for my wife and me. Our daughter and Diana’s brother stayed with us and we all had plenty of room. The ease of moving our gear from our snowmobiling trailer and truck into the cabin was very easy. No stairs, elevators and only a few steps to front door. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We had room to park our snowmobile trailer in his main yard by the corrals. We will definitely be looking at staying here again. 😊

We were having a retreat for our boutique COA firm. 4 of our team members stayed there, and the “great room” open concept was perfect for our business sessions. The deck and backyard was great for breaks, lunch and the cocktail hour. This is a quiet, intimate neighborhood and exceeded our expectations.

The perfect Steamboat stay! We had a wonderful experience at The Spruce Nest! Tom was an incredibly welcoming and attentive host, and the space was spotless, thoughtfully prepared, and very comfortable. It worked perfectly for our group—four adults, a 7-year-old, a 6-month-old, and even our pup. The location couldn’t have been better: close to downtown, great trails, and quiet enough to relax. We especially enjoyed the thoughtful touches like rock painting, which made it feel extra special. We’ll definitely be back!

Great place for my family of 6 + dog. Charlie & Cassie’s place is close to skiing, hot springs, hiking and plenty more. It’s clean, very roomy and has whatever you would need. They are very responsive and even let us check in early. Would for sure stay again!

We really enjoyed this home….it looked even better than the photos! Loved watching the snowfalls from the big windows. There was plenty of natural light, lots of space, and comfortable beds. Loved that it was just a short walk into town with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Kaela was very helpful with recommendations and made sure to let us know she was available and responsive if we needed anything (which we didn’t, everything about our stay went smoothly.) We hope to return again some day!

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb! The condo was very clean and well-maintained, which made it easy to feel comfortable and relaxed from the start. Everything was neat, thoughtfully set up, and exactly as described in the listing. One of the standout features was the view! The mountains were absolutely beautiful, especially in the early mornings and evening. It really added something special to the experience 🏔️ Dana, the host was also great to communicate with. She was friendly, quick to respond, and easy to get a hold of if we had any questions. It made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Overall, this was a peaceful and comfortable place to stay, and I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean space with stunning views and a helpful host. This was our second stay at this Colorado Airbnb! The property was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully nestled in a scenic area. Waking up to mountain views and crisp, fresh air was a dream. The host was friendly, communicative, and offered great local recommendations. There was a Taphouse and food truck next door which was so fun. The home was well-stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen supplies to extra blankets. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat or a base for outdoor adventures, this place is perfect. We will absolutely stay here again!

We really enjoyed staying a month at Steve's place. The neighborhood is very quiet, yet very walkable. Steve's place is very well equipped and perfect for two people. We will happily come back.

The place was just like the photos on the listing. Comfortable for our family of 4 for our long weekend ski vacation. Plenty of room and it was nice to have access to the ski locker for our skis. Kitchen was well stocked to cook breakfast each morning before a full day of skiing. Easy ski out. A little bit of a hike back up a hill at the end of the day to the unit if you choose to ski back. There is shuttle to and from the base but it doesn’t run after 5:30 we figured out. Plenty of parking if you rent a car. We were happy to have a car to head into town each night It was a treat to be slope side.

We loved it. Easy on and off the slopes, easy check in, quiet condo.

We loved this comfortable place right in the heart of downtown Steamboat. The instructions for check in/out were clear, and the host was very responsive and helpful.

Delightful condominium near the slopes and the gondola courses right over the top of the building. Good ski in and out access although one of our days had warm spring conditions and it was mudddy. Condo is well appointed and everything is in working order. I’d recommend an eye mask for sleeping as there aren’t black out curtains. We enjoyed our stay. Host is very responsive and answered all my questions so promptly. The fireplace is a nice touch and the hot tub was relaxing. Everything was clean. I hope we can stay again.

Condo was clean, kitchen fully stocked stocked making cooking easy, the extra fans were super helpful in the kids room. Loved the trails and close fishing. We would definitely stay here again.

Jason’s place was perfect for our lil’ weekend getaway! It was clean & close to the slopes/town! It was the perfect place to come home to after a long day of boarding. Jason was very responsive when we had questions. We will definitely rent from him again when we come back!

We had a great stay at Joseph’s house! The home was excellent—spacious, comfortable, and in a peaceful area. The location was perfect, close to both Downtown and the mountains. Joseph was a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. Highly recommend!

Scott’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway to Steamboat! It’s easy to access, has incredible views, and the location is perfect: steps from the slopes and a short walk to the lively base area. Parking was easy, the studio was cozy and clean, the kitchen was well-equipped, the hot tub was fantastic, I could go on! We loved our stay and are eager to return.

The condo was great. It’s close enough to town which makes going into town a breeze. The condo has everything we needed. Great experience.
