Condo holiday rentals in Routt County

A great location just a quick walk to the gondola. The place was clean and very comfortable and a great layout for our family of 4. We stayed in the summer and would definitely stay again to ski.

We absolutely loved our stay at this cozy Sunray condo! My wife, our two kids, and I spent four nights here and it was the perfect home base for our Steamboat adventures. The space was clean, bright, and recently updated—which gave it a fresh, modern feel without losing the charm of a mountain escape. The two-bedroom, two-bath layout worked out wonderfully for our family. The kids had their own space (and bathroom!), and we never felt cramped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and we appreciated the little touches—like extra blankets and board games for the kids. The location was amazing—just a short drive to the gondola and close to grocery stores and restaurants. We spent our days hiking and enjoying the natural beauty, then came back to relax comfortably each night. It was quiet, relaxing, and family-friendly. We’d definitely stay here again on our next trip to Steamboat. Highly recommend it!

Had a great stay no more than 10 mins off the main street. Really appreciated the accomodation. Would recommend for sure!

Our first time staying here, but not our first time with Brie hosting us. She is amazing! This condo is very well equipped for a delightful stay. Comfy bed. Beautiful mountain view, especially from the LR and balcony. Many small appliances in the kitchen... and SO many options for making coffee!!! SO many! Nice cookware. Cooking and baking staples (spices, oil ...), foil, baggies, kitchen gadgets, etc.. Huge W/D was very helpful. Loved the balcony (but no grill as seen in photos). Easy parking and short walk in. With the free bus stop at the end of the parking lot we rarely used our car except to store our skis! We moved in from another rental when we decided to stay a bit longer and that one wasn't available. Brie was very kind to allow us to move our things in a few hours early since it had already been cleaned. We loved our stay and will be back!

Great experience!

First and foremost, communication was top tier for me. I appreciate straightforward communication and what is expected from each party and I received this from Darin! The unit was perfect for our needs for a nice long weekend in Steamboat with three generations of family. It is also fully stocked with everything you will need — plus video games for the youngsters and we were able to watch the NHL championship finals! As for me, playing Pac-Man with my grandson for the first time in many years for me was really fun. We had a great time in Steamboat and appreciated our accommodations. Definitely recommend.

The rental was clean and comfy. The host provided lots of local info. I’d definitely recommend!

The condo was great. It’s close enough to town which makes going into town a breeze. The condo has everything we needed. Great experience.

Great location and close to the best food

Awesome place! Quiet, spacious, very comfortable 2BR condo in close proximity to the resort. Beautiful interior loved the open floor plan — open kitchen, bar plus separate dining space, and plush living area w/fireplace. Even had views of the gondola! Loved it. Kevin’s place has a great vibe and as a host he is responsive, helpful, and super nice. Would definitely stay her again although I was hoping for breakfast included as advertised stuff like milk/cream for coffee, fruit, bread, oatmeal or granola, yogurt, eggs etc. but appreciated the various cold beverages!

My family and I had a great stay here. Salil was extremely communicative, kind, and helpful! The kitchen was fully stocked with real cook ware and seasonings, the condo was bigger than expected, and the location close to the gondola was great for skiing. Salil also provided a very helpful guide with all the information needed on the airbnb as well as recommendations for activities, restaurants, bars, etc. Would definitely return here!

Beautiful spot tucked up the mountain, directly under the gondola. The space is cozy, clean, with a nice view from the deck.

More than anything the location and Martin’s quick response and follow up was top notch. Not a problem for us - but good to note - unit is on a quiet 3rd floor, but no elevator.

Great place for our stay in Steamboat Springs. Loved that poo-bags and can were provided in the grassy area for times I forgot mine inside. Kitchen was well stocked - at least for our needs. We mainly did breakfast here but ate out other meals. Too many great places to skip out on. Location is an apartment but other residents were friendly and we have no noise complaints seeing as others were nearby. Bed was super cozy. Location was easy access to much of the town. We would happily stay here again.

This condo was absolutely beautiful! The decor was so tastefully done and unique. I loved the cowboy hat wall! The house manual / instructions were very easy to access using a QR code and it was complete with videos and pictures. The amenities were thoughtful, from coffee and creamer to shampoo/body wash. It made me feel like to was at a high end resort! Even checkout was a breeze. I have already recommended this condo to others:) I would come back here again in a heartbeat!

We had such a wonderful time at Charlie's! The location is perfect, we enjoyed biking around the mountain and easy biking into town along the Yampa River trail. The place was well stocked, with plenty of towels, kitchen supplies. We really appreciated the children's toys and childrens utensils, plates, etc. I was especially impressed by all the labeling that made it easy to find everything and put things back in the right places! The bedding was all very comfortable, clean and beautiful. The condo grounds were great, with the multiple hot tubs in case one was occupied and pool. We would love to come back, thank you so much!

This was our second time staying at Ross's place. Same as last time, Ross was very responsive, flexible and a pleasure to deal with. We cooked there most nights, so it's nice to see some new cookware and other kitchen items. There's just about anything you'd need now. Just bring your own staples, spices, oil, etc. because not much is provided beyond salt, pepper and coffee. The location is ideal. It's a doable walk to the gondola (not recommended in ski boots) and the green and orange bus lines stop right in front of the complex so you can get anywhere easily. The excellent hot tub is just a few steps outside the unit. All in all, another great stay with Ross!

This is a perfect place for a couple. This is an older complex, but Andrea has done a really nice job renovating and updating her unit. It is charming, well appointed and the kitchen is exceptionally well equipped to cook anything. There’s plenty of comfortable space for 2 but 3 would also be ok using the pullout, which was also comfortable. The gas fireplace is a nice feature. The towels and linens were nice quality and the bed mattress is extremely comfy. Andrea provides lots of little amenities in the kitchen and bath. The washer/dryer combo unit worked great for a small load in the middle of our stay and the onsite laundromat was also steps away and easy to use. Access to the mountain during the day is very good via the free bus every 20. Access to town is same but bus stops at 6:45 pm so returns require an Uber or longer walk from the nearest stop. It’s a 5 min bus ride to the City Mkt grocery. Walking to the mountain is possible but it’s a long slog uphill with ski equipment.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo in the Lodge complex. Many thanks to Matthew for the speedy and helpful communication. Condo was beautiful and met our needs.

We LOVED staying at this condo with Sandra as our host and will be back! It had everything you could wish for as a guest (including numerous fans/blankets, coffee k-cups, beach towels, shopping bags and even a Bluetooth speaker!). She was quick to resolve an uninstalled missing window shade upon arrival so all rooms were able to be darkened and had privacy. The only downside (which was completely out of the host’s control) was that the hot tub was broken so our daily plans had to be shifted. Sandra was very responsive and tried her best to email the HOA to get this resolved, but there were too many parts needed to get it up and running safely during our stay. BUT she offered and paid for our entire family to have a day at the Old Town Hot Springs in town which isn’t cheap but was wonderful and gave the kids a swimming day! Ultimately, things happen and having a responsive, caring host is of upmost importance. Thank you Sandra. We will be back!

(March 2025) We felt right at home at this updated ski-in / ski-out condo, which came well-stocked with tons of spices and lots of basics in the kitchen. The furniture was new, functional and well-thought out. As a top-floor unit, the cathedral ceilings made the place feel extra roomy - my wife and shared the single-bedroom unit with a high-schooler for half a week before our college-age child joined us, and while we ran into occasional traffic jams in the bathroom with 4 people, we never felt cramped. Host was super-responsive with communications and accommodating. 40 minutes door to door from Hayden Airport. Note that the trail to access the slopes may be trickier for beginner skiers or when it's icy, so some of our group preferred to walk across the parking lot to the far side of building B which was an easier access point.

Perfection! Joyce was very responsive and informative before arriving. Upon arrival we were a little early getting to the area and were given access to the condo. The garage parking space was right up front and convenient. Condo is on the top floor and has a cute bench area right outside the door to remove ski boots and gear. The condo is immaculately clean! Spacious 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with a well stocked kitchen and living room area was perfect for the 4 of us. Every room has a flat screen tv (smart tvs). We cooked several meals and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The appliances are new and there were ample dishes and glassware. Never had a need to use the fire place as it was very warm inside. Towels and bedding were high quality and pool towels were provided for us to use. The pool and hot tub were a big hit after skiing all day. We opted to walk to ski instead of using the shuttle. Easily walkable to EVERYTHING! Highly recommend!
