Great views and access to the Flat Top Wilderness, Stagecoach State Park, Routt MedBow, etc. You’ll love this place because of the location, the price and the comfort. The Flat is located near a brewery & food truck, yet typically all is quiet after 10pm. There is an additional pet fee, cleaning fee for 10+ days and monthly stays.
