Our modern home is 15 minutes drive from Taupo but still feels like a secret hideaway. It is quiet and private with majestic views of Lake Taupo and Mount Ruapehu - the sunsets are stunning. Private entrance/lock box. Kitchenette, continental breakfast provisions on first morning supplied - microwave available (no stove top or oven) . There is a TV with chrome cast only. There is no free to air TV, Netflix etc). Off street park. You will need a car as there is no public transport.

Converted woolshed, set on a small farm of 25 hectares. We have cows and horses. We are 15 min from Taupo town. The Woolshed is separate from our home, giving you privacy during your stay. From the deck area/French doors all you will see is farmland! We are directly off SH1, down a long drive way, making this a great location for those wanting a place to stay during a road trip, but also quiet and peaceful if you want a few days away!

Located 15mins from Taupo town centre, only a couple of kms off the main State highway 1, is our quiet rural sleep out. This sleep out is attached to a large shed (that we use and is not included in the Airbnb rental) and is at the bottom of our long driveway, so nice and private.

Mike and Carlé were such lovely hosts. They were so hospitable to us having our baby there with having a high chair and baby bath available. There were so many helpful and lovely touches like bathroom amenities, milk in the fridge, cereals available, coffee and treats etc. Highly recommend.

Hi Belinda and Andy We had an amazing stay! The ambiance of the place was perfect – calm, cozy, and beautifully arranged. Everything was so well-kept and thoughtfully set up. The view was absolutely stunning and made the experience even more special. We all had a great time and truly enjoyed every moment. The welcome card from you was such an unexpected and thoughtful touch – it really made us feel warmly welcomed, and we were so happy to see it. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back again!😊
