Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Rota

Carlos ha sido un anfitrión de 10, recomiendo 100% está villa. La villa es preciosa y está todo perfecto, nos encontramos la casa muy limpia , todo perfectamente colocado. Carlos te hace alguna recomendación por la zona para que visites, es muy amable, está pendiente por si necesitas algo. La zona exterior de la villa está muy cuidada, la piscina es maravillosa y la zona de césped con zona chill out es un lujo. La descripción de la casa es totalmente real e incluso en persona mucho mejor. Hemos pasado unas vacaciones increíbles , hemos descansado mucho, se ha podido disfrutar de una casa con todas las comodidades y con todo lujo de detalles. Es de agradecer enormemente encontrarte una casa tan bien cuidada y que lleguemos y esté todo preparado. A destacar, nunca habia ido a ningún sitio donde las toallas y sábanas estén como nuevas y huelan genial, la comodidad de los colchones es fantastica. Tiene una zona para barbacoa estupenda y perfectamente preparada. Gracias Carlos. Un 10!

Travel to Spain regularly to over-winter and work remotely. The house was absolutely fine and well equipped. Warm, comfortable and modern. The rest is quite personal but the location is a little strange with lots of unfinished plots and quite difficult roads into Sanlucar. Tried walking a couple of times to avoid damaging my alloy wheels, but it’s about 45-60 minutes one way. Fine in good weather but turned out to be quite changeable with lots of cloud and showers during my stay. But with that explained—it could be totally different in the summer. The host was extremely helpful throughout the stay and very responsive to any issues. Ali in all, would go again if available in the winter.

Inmejorable casa a dos calles de la playa, la casa estaba limpia y tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unos días con toda comodidad y sin tener que preocuparte por nada, fuimos unos amigos y estuvimos muy cómodos. Beatriz estuvo pendiente todo el rato de que estuviéramos cómodos y que no hubiera ningún problema, volveremos sin duda. Excepcional aparcamiento y llegada con un supermercado a dos calles. Urbanización tranquila y familiar que te sientes seguro y cómodo. Tiene jardín delantero, trasero y terraza para disfrutar. Recomendable 100%

I spent a full week in mid April with my wife and teenage son in Rocio's house. The house is just like it can be seen in the description and photos -- everything is in very good condition and looks great, from mattresses to bathrooms (2 on the first floor, one additional toilet some steps below) to the main room (which combines the living room with the kitchen). The atmosphere was also quite positive, and Maria (who takes good care of guests in Chiclana) was always available for questions and support -- that was great! The house comes with a parking garage, which we didn't use though (it tends to be rather small). We instead used the available parking spots outside the building complex. (There were plenty of free spaces; it started to fill up when Easter arrived.) The whole area and complex were relatively quiet and calm (it might be somewhat more turbulent in the summer though). Be prepared that the walls of the house tend to be somewhat thin, so that you can hear your neighbors.

We live in the adjacent town of Jerez, so we were looking for a place for my parents to stay for a month. They fell in love with the place. As a local's perspective, this place also is in an excellent location, a brief walk to the beach, 5 minute drive from grocery and great restaurants (Carrefour Market, Slice of New York, Narigoni, Taj Mahal, Shamrock, etc), 10 minutes from a mall (El Paseo with larger Carrefour), and 20 from Jerez. With the American naval base nearby, the nearby communities have more young American families, which means more restaurants or bars may know some English or have English menus. Driving in the area is peaceful and fairly straightforward, and parking is available on the street off tourist season (I have no idea if it's difficult to park in the home's area during tourist season). The place is refreshing, quiet and was perfect for my parents. Would recommend to friends and family!

La casa es tal cual en las fotos, está en una zona tranquila y está muy bien preparada para pasar temporadas largas. Cualquier duda o problema que tengas Samuel se encarga de intentar resolvértelo lo antes posible. Muy recomendable!

La ubicación es perfecta. Vistas a la playa y a 15 minutos andando al centro. Perfecto para conocer Cádiz. Se pueden encontrar sitio para aparcar en la calle pero es muy difícil.

Javier was a super host. Very responsive! The added cleaning was nice too. The location is my favorite in Cádiz-close to the market, the beach, the gardens, and several lovely plazas with lots of cafes. Short walk to good Gelato served out of a VW bus.

Very pretty & comfortable apartment which was spotlessly clean & very well equipped. Violeta answered all our queries promptly. The apartment is situated on the first floor (there is a lift) overlooking the square. It was lovely to open the French doors and watch the hustle and bustle below. The bedroom is situated at the back so there was very little noise at night. A great base for exploring Cádiz & I would highly recommend.

El apartamento está cerca de la zona turística y hay sitio cerca para aparcar. Tiene una terraza compartida muy chula (no coincidimos con nadie). Diego fue siempre muy amable.

Wij hebben een hele fijne week gehad in Jerez en het appartement van Per. Het appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien (had zelfs een dakterras!) en het centrum van Jerez was gemakkelijk aan te lopen. Het contact met Per was heel goed.

El alojamiento de Juan es perfecto. Muy espacioso, cómodo y extremadamente limpio. Está perfectamente ubicado en el casco histórico de Cádiz. Es perfecto para pasar unas vacaciones allí. Además la comunicación y la entrega de llaves es muy sencilla. Ana Mari siempre está muy atenta a lo que puedas necesitar.

El apartamento de Maite es de lo mejor que puedes encontrar en Costa Ballena. Es amplio y nuevo. Tiene mucha luz y esta bien equipado. El Aire Acondicionado prácticamente no hace falta porque es bastante fresco simplemente abriendo un par de ventanas. Tiene dos terrazas excelentes y las habitaciones son de un buen tamaño. La playa queda a 10 minutos andando o 5 en bicicleta. Esta situado en una zona tranquila de Costa Ballena. La urbanización tiene varias piscinas que no suelen esta muy llenas y un par de pistas de paddle. Con lo único que tuvimos algún problemita fue con el calentador de agua. Es muy pequeño para una familia de cuatro personas si a todos nos da por ducharnos uno detrás del otro, seria importante avisarlo con antelación para que los huéspedes se organicen, porque una vez que ya lo sabes deja de ser un problema. Se echan de menos papeleras en los baños y un secador de pelo mas grande. Pero en general estuvimos muy cómodos y la comunicación con Maite fue muy fluida

A great location with fine views in a beautiful city. The flat was comfortable and perfect for 4 guests and I strongly recommend.

Macarena ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin, freundlich, zuverlässig und jederzeit ansprechbar. Die Wohnung ist hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Bett ist bequem. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, sogar ein Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen. Die Terrasse ist groß und ganztägig sonnig. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage. Nach einem kurzen Fußweg steht man direkt am Atlantik.

Pobyt w mieszkaniu był bardzo udany. Wszystko było czyste i dobrze przygotowane na nasz przyjazd. Kuchnia świetnie wyposażona – niczego nam nie brakowało podczas gotowania. Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Całość zrobiła na nas bardzo pozytywne wrażenie – chętnie wrócimy!

Perfecrto para ir con mis perritas. Cerca de la playa y el pinar para pasear. Un patio precioso y piso con todo lo necesario. El anfitrión muy atento a todo lo que le pedimos.

Apartamento muy bien ubicado en el centro del puerto, rodeado de infinitos bares y pubs, cercano a paradas de autobuses y taxis y se encuentra en una calle tranquila. En cuanto al apartamento por dentro, muy ordenado y limpio y muy bien equiparado con todo tipo de cosas, repetiremos.

Estuvimos a gusto en el piso de Jacqueline, a pocos metros de la playa, muy luminoso y con todo lo que hace falta para sentirse como en casa. La comunicación con Jacqueline fue fluida a pesar de la distancia ella estando en EEUU. ¡gracias!

Wir (Ehepaar) haben zum wiederholten Mal eine tolle Golfwoche in Costa Ballena verbracht. Die Wohnung von Angela bietet uns jeweils alles, was wir vor Ort benötigen und die neue Küche ist auch sehr praktisch.
