Carlos was a 10-star host, I recommend this villa 100%. The villa is beautiful and everything is perfect, we found the house very clean, everything perfectly arranged. Carlos gives you some recommendations for the area to visit, he is very friendly, he is available in case you need anything. The outdoor area of the villa is very well maintained, the pool is wonderful and the lawn area with chill-out area is a luxury. The description of the house is totally accurate and even better in person. We had an incredible vacation, we rested a lot, we were able to enjoy a house with all the amenities and with great attention to detail. It is greatly appreciated to find such a well-kept house and that we arrive and everything is ready. To highlight, I had never been anywhere where the towels and sheets are like new and smell great, the comfort of the mattresses is fantastic. It has a great and perfectly prepared barbecue area. Travel to Spain regularly to over-winter and work remotely. The house was absolutely fine and well equipped. Warm, comfortable and modern. The rest is quite personal but the location is a little strange with lots of unfinished plots and quite difficult roads into Sanlucar. Tried walking a couple of times to avoid damaging my alloy wheels, but it’s about 45-60 minutes one way. Fine in good weather but turned out to be quite changeable with lots of cloud and showers during my stay. But with that explained—it could be totally different in the summer. The host was extremely helpful throughout the stay and very responsive to any issues. Ali in all, would go again if available in the winter.

Unbeatable house two blocks from the beach, the house was clean and has everything you need to enjoy a few days in all comfort and without having to worry about anything, we were a few friends and we were very comfortable. Beatriz was attentive all the time that we were comfortable and that there was no problem, we will definitely come back. Exceptional parking and arrival with a grocery store two streets away. Quiet and family-friendly urbanization that you feel safe and comfortable. It has front garden, back and terrace to enjoy. 100% recommended

I spent a full week in mid April with my wife and teenage son in Rocio's house. The house is just like it can be seen in the description and photos -- everything is in very good condition and looks great, from mattresses to bathrooms (2 on the first floor, one additional toilet some steps below) to the main room (which combines the living room with the kitchen). The atmosphere was also quite positive, and Maria (who takes good care of guests in Chiclana) was always available for questions and support -- that was great! The house comes with a parking garage, which we didn't use though (it tends to be rather small). We instead used the available parking spots outside the building complex. (There were plenty of free spaces; it started to fill up when Easter arrived.) The whole area and complex were relatively quiet and calm (it might be somewhat more turbulent in the summer though). Be prepared that the walls of the house tend to be somewhat thin, so that you can hear your neighbors.

We live in the adjacent town of Jerez, so we were looking for a place for my parents to stay for a month. They fell in love with the place. As a local's perspective, this place also is in an excellent location, a brief walk to the beach, 5 minute drive from grocery and great restaurants (Carrefour Market, Slice of New York, Narigoni, Taj Mahal, Shamrock, etc), 10 minutes from a mall (El Paseo with larger Carrefour), and 20 from Jerez. With the American naval base nearby, the nearby communities have more young American families, which means more restaurants or bars may know some English or have English menus. Driving in the area is peaceful and fairly straightforward, and parking is available on the street off tourist season (I have no idea if it's difficult to park in the home's area during tourist season). The place is refreshing, quiet and was perfect for my parents. Would recommend to friends and family!

Javier was a super host. Very responsive! The added cleaning was nice too. The location is my favorite in Cádiz-close to the market, the beach, the gardens, and several lovely plazas with lots of cafes. Short walk to good Gelato served out of a VW bus.

Very pretty & comfortable apartment which was spotlessly clean & very well equipped. Violeta answered all our queries promptly. The apartment is situated on the first floor (there is a lift) overlooking the square. It was lovely to open the French doors and watch the hustle and bustle below. The bedroom is situated at the back so there was very little noise at night. A great base for exploring Cádiz & I would highly recommend.

The apartment is close to the tourist area and there is space nearby for parking. It has a very chula shared terrace (we did not coincide with anyone). Diego was always very kind.

We had a very nice week in Jerez and Per's apartment. The apartment was fully equipped (even had a roof terrace!) and the center of Jerez was easy to walk to. The contact with Per was very good.

Juan's place is perfect. Very spacious, comfortable and extremely clean. It is perfectly located in the old town of Cádiz. It is perfect for a vacation there. Also the communication and the handing over of the keys is very simple. Ana Mari is always very attentive to what you might need.

Maite's apartment is the best you can find in Costa Ballena. It's spacious and new. It's very bright and well-equipped. Air Conditioning is practically not needed because it is quite cool just opening a couple of windows. It has two excellent terraces and the bedrooms are of a good size. The beach is a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute bike ride. It's in a quiet area of Costa Ballena. The development has several pools that are not usually very crowded and a couple of paddle courts. The only thing we had of any problems with was the water heater. It is very small for a family of four if we all are showered behind each other, it would be important to notify them in advance so that guests can organize themselves, because once you already know it, it is no problem. They miss trash cans in the bathrooms and a larger hair dryer. But overall we were very comfortable and communication with Maite was very smooth

This was the second time we stayed at Macarena's Airbnb in just a few months. This time when stayed while purchasing a home in Spain. Macarena is a terrific host with a beautiful apartment. We loved this specific location (Punta Candor) in Rota. The apartment is very comfortable and I will recommend this place to anyone who wishes a comfortable stay in Rota.

Perfect for going with my dogs. Close to the beach and the pine tree for walking. A lovely patio and apartment with everything you need. The host was very attentive to everything we asked of him.

Very well located apartment in the center of the port, surrounded by endless bars and pubs, close to bus and taxi stops and is located in a quiet street. As for the apartment inside, very tidy and clean and very well equipped with all kinds of things, we will repeat.

We were at ease on Jacqueline's apartment, a few meters from the beach, very bright and with everything it takes to feel at home. Communication with Jacqueline was fluid despite the distance she being in USA. Thank you!
