Approximately 300 meters to Orust's finest swimming area with docks, diving towers, cliffs and a small beach for the little ones. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

In the basement under the terrace is a guest apartment with private entrance, terrace, modern bathroom, kitchenette, and beautiful lake view from the bed.

Hus på 44kvm med möjlighet att bo fem personer. Huset är vackert beläget med utsikt över ängar och berg. Framför huset finns en stor gräsmatta som kan användas för lekar och andra aktiviteter. Det är fem minuters promenad till havet och i viken finns en eka som man får låna. På ön finns en fiskaffär och restaurang, också den fem minuters promenad från huset. Naturen på ön är mångskiftande med öppet hav och klippor i väst, små jordbruk och skog mitt på ön.

El Estudio. This is our studio where we work and stay if we have guests in the main house. This is a creative get away and a place to be inspired, spend some quiet time and enjoy books, art and nature. It’s a simple place with books about landscape architecture and art supplies. Sleeps two if you like to be close! It’s almost as big outside as inside with a generous and lovely patio where you can see the ocean and enjoy long summer nights.
