The outdoor living room is sheltered under the courtyard. We live in the adjoining house, not overlooked, and share the entrance courtyard and its parking with the gîte. Located on the ground floor of an old mill, 10 minutes from the ocean, the cottage includes a bedroom with bathroom, separate toilet and living kitchen with stone fireplace. It can accommodate 2 to 3 people. In a wooded environment you will have access to the mill orchard and the river (Le Moros) that runs along the property. Quietly, you can observe many birds: herons, piverts, owls. And with a bit of luck, you'll come face to face with the deer.

For a holiday or a night , we offer our cozy house for 4 people near a forest with its multiple trails. 10 min from Quimper and 25 min from the beaches. The house is well equipped, the beds will be made upon your arrival , the towels and kitchen linen provided. To access it, you'll need to climb 4 large steps. All local shops are 800 m away. Our main residence is on the same property (Dogs accepted on request)

Penty, 6 km from the sea

This pretty penty adjoining our house is ideally located in the quiet countryside but also 5 minutes from the center of Concarneau and 6 km from the beaches. The penty is perfect for family vacations. For the months of July and August, we only accept requests by the week from Saturday to Saturday. We do not provide sheets or towels, unless requested by you, we charge 10 euros per bed set.
