Small seaside, independent garden room with private bathroom for one person. Just a 5 minutes walk from the beach and a 10 minutes cycle from shops and restaurants. Private entrance and use of back garden terrace. A bicycle is available free of charge. There is Wifi, small fridge, ,electric kettle , coffee machine and microwave. Please note that there is no kitchen or tv. Bus stop nearby. I am an English speaker and live just beside the studio . Main house and studio location seen on photo 14.

Vacation home in Moelan-sur-Mer

Small family house located in the countryside at the entrance to a hamlet. The bay windows give access to the terrace and the small private garden. The outdoor living room is sheltered under the awning. We live in the adjoining house, without a view, and share the entrance courtyard and its parking with the cottage. You will probably meet our 2 cats and occasionally you might hear our little dog bark. Bourg de Moelan 2 km shops and supermarket, market on Tuesday Station 15 min

Nous sommes 1 couple avec 3 enfants et nous serons heureux de vous recevoir dans notre grand et beau jardin fleuri et arboré. Nous mettons notre caravane à la location avec 1 lit double et 2 lits superposés, 1 coin cuisine et repas. Les sanitaires sont à l'extérieur (toilettes sèches et douches avec eau chaude, lavabo). Tout ceci de façon privatif (une seule réservation en meme temps sur l'espace). Un petit coin à l'abri des regards, en toute tranquillité rien que pour vous.

Quietly, you can observe many birds: herons, piverts, owls. And with a bit of luck, you'll come face to face with the deer.
