Lovely peaceful setting and comfortable cottage. I hurt my back and electric blanket was a bonus. Seonaid was so helpful providing medicines and heat packs. CD player didn’t work but great wee radio with good local station. Disappointed it was in the shade after about 11 but setting was lovely and we could drive out and explore easily. My first ever Airbnb booking, made initially because the owner of the only catered accommodation on the island double booked me, ended up being just what I wanted / needed! A really quirky place to stay that was precisely as described and had everything I needed, and in a much better location on the island than the B&B would have been. I dealt with Sarah, Alex & Lizzie’s daughter, who was absolutely lovely, and so helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place - or any others operated by these hosts.

Absolutely fantastic stay. Elizabeth was extremely helpful with information on walks and local places to visit. The lodge is in such a beautiful location and kitted out with every conceivable accessory you need for a week away. Extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean, this really was one of the best Air BnB's we have stayed in. Bed was ultra comfortable and really appreciated the tv / entertainment system with additional prime/netflix benefits, not to mention the welcome supplies which greeted us on arrival. Lochailort is in a wonderful location and despite being 'away from it all' you have a bus and train service to villages both heading to Mallaig and Fort William if you want to leave the car at home. Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality Elizabeth, we would love to come back and stay with you again.

Perfect little pod, furnished with simplicity in mind but with everything needed for self-sufficiency. Elevated with stunning view over Loch Morar. Absolutely spotless inside and nice touches like milk left in fridge and a cupcake on arrival. Angela’s communication is first-rate, even on Easter weekend. She strikes the perfect balance between friendliness, helpfulness and allowing her guests privacy. Thoroughly enjoyed my 4 night stay, in this wonderful corner of west coast Scotland. Highly recommend.
