The accommodation was perfect, great location, close to walks, activities, historic sites and shops. There is a lakeside bar a short walk away. Views from the house looking out to Lake Scanno and the mountains are spectacular! Great hosts, very responsive. Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr gut gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlt nichts. Die Terrasse ist einfach wundervoll. Sehr empfehlenwert.

Both Stefania and her parents were very helpful, friendly and accommodating and they were always available if we needed anything. The home is beautiful and in a stunning location, that is not too far from either the mountains or towns and shops. Thank you for the amazing stay!

Traumhaft schöne Lage in den Bergen, schöner Pool und gute funktionelle Einrichtung. Man muss sich nur im klaren sein, dass es ein sehr ruhiger Ort ist und man für Ausflüge oder Ähnliches min. 30 min bis 2 Stunden fahren muss was für uns aber völlig ok war. Angelo ist ein toller Gastgeber, wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

We are still in awe! The place! The atmosphere there! The hosts! We would like to especially thank Gino & Teresa for being sooo welcoming and helpful and helping us have the real authentic Abruzzo experience! They gave us everything we needed for the baby. The place was totally private and only for us, could enjoy being by the pool and enjoy the view to the max. The house is also absolutely beautiful! So simplistic yet well equipped and spotlessly clean! Only felt that a console table of some sort was a bit missing from the entry (to put our keys and small bags and stuff), and also a small table by the pool would have been really handy 😄 Otherwise, really, everything was spot on perfect! It’s like a dream being there! And the outside kitchen area with real stone sink and barbecue area… fantastic! And ohh the donkeys! Our baby loved watching them ☺️ Definitely recommend the place & the hosts! Loved it!

Das Haus von Loredana liegt ruhig ohne Autoverkehr im kleinen Ort Spoltore, unterhalb von einem kleinem Platz und mit großartiger Terrasse. Ausblick auch auf die Berge. Ortsmitte in wenigen Minuten mit Bar, Pizzeria und Bäckerei und weiters auch netter Supermarkt zu erreichen. Das Ort ist für einen ruhigen erholsamen Urlaub perfekt. Sehr sympathisch mit Möbeln zum alten Haus ausgestattet, aber mit allen modernen Notwendigkeiten wie guter Gasherd, großer Fernseher und leiser Klimaanlage. Loredana hat uns persönlich empfangen und uns vorallem bei der Suche nach einem Arzt sehr geholfen. Das kostenlose Parken oberhalb des Hauses mit wenigen Treppen ist problemlos. Wir haben die Ruhe und Beschaulichkeit des Ortes und des Hauses 14 Tage genossen.

Très belle propriété située au calme, spacieuse pouvant accueillir un grand groupe d amis ou famille. Très propre et à proximité de toutes les commodités. Une voiture est nécessaire pour pouvoir se deplacer. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour chez Raffaella.

Appartamento come da descrizione, super attrezzato. Vi havde et helt fantastisk ophold hos Kristy og James. De var meget imødekommende og venlige, havde en masse gode forslag til hvad man kunne se og lave i området samt var yderst hjælpsomme og fleksible. Huset lå flot med udsigt som det ses på billederne, dvs på landet men ganske tæt på den hyggelige lille by Mogliano. Swimmingpoolen var et stort plus for vores børn der brugte den næsten hver dag. Lejligheden var, som billederne viser, hyggeligt og autentisk indrettet og med veludstyret køkken. Et plus for vores familie var også deres dejlige og meget børnevenlige hund, Bandit. Vi håber selv at komme igen en anden gang og kan kun anbefale andre et ophold hos Kristy og James.

The most beautiful place in Italy. We enjoyed it so much. Michela and Massimo are the kindest and sweetest people. Our stay was perfect. The view, the apartment, the garden, .. everything was with made with so much love the and lovely details. We will come back.

Really lovely hosts made to feel like family. Stunning view and lovely pool. Only downside was the walls are quite thin so you get a lot of noise from the flat next door.

Beautifully restored old farmhouse with excellent amenities. Great swimming pool set in attractively-lit landscaped garden. Ombretta responded very quickly to all messages and was very friendly, as was Luciano (the caretaker). The mountains provided both a beautiful setting and some great hiking trails a short distance from the house.

All NEW furnishings felt as if I was the first to ever stay there. The renovations of the apartment were so nicely done. The 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms were all spotless. Their cleaning folks do an absolutely incredible job, there was not one spec of dust to be found ANYWHERE. Large showers. Fully equipped kitchen (minus microwave). Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. There are 3 separate balconies to enjoy the view from all angles. Best part of the place by far. Enjoying morning coffee or a glass of wine at night (both kindly provided by host at check-in) while experiencing a panoramic view of both the sea and the mountains is really my picture perfect vacation getaway. I would 100% recommend and stay here again, this place is absolutely 5 stars!

I was brought to tears when i sat at the family table of Alessio with his family - these were tears of emotion + joy of how a family is holding together their traditional values, simple living, growing their food, cooking delicious meals + family life. A life where tending the home, garden, working hard but coming together is most important. If you are looking for a reciprocal authentic respectful experience in this area look no further. Alessio, Mary, Ivana + Gino are beautiful people who will accommodate you in their home with every respect.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso nell’appartamento del Sig. Giancarlo, un vero angolo di paradiso immerso nelle dolci colline teramane. Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con grande cordialità e disponibilità, e ci siamo subito sentiti a casa. La vera protagonista di questa esperienza è stata senza dubbio la pace assoluta che si respira in questo luogo: il silenzio è interrotto solo dai suoni della natura, e ogni mattina ci svegliavamo con il canto degli uccellini e una vista mozzafiato sulle colline circostanti. Abbiamo soggiornato presso l’appartamento “Il Selvaggio” per l’intero mese di agosto ed è stata una bellissima esperienza. L’appartamento, all’interno di una villa ristrutturata in un contesto incantevole e molto suggestivo, è dotato di tutto quel che serve per un perfetto soggiorno. La casa è splendida, pulitissima, silenziosa e con un terrazzo e una vista magnifica. Gli elettrodomestici, i materassi, i cuscini, il bagno, l’arredamento sono scelti con grande gusto e funzionalità. La posizione inoltre permette di visitare sia il sud delle Marche che il nord dell’Abruzzo con facilità. Supermercati, gelaterie, ristoranti sono facilmente raggiungibili. Teresa, suo marito e i suoi figli sono stati gentilissimi: sono state persone molto discrete, ma allo stesso tempo attente alle nostre necessità e ci han dato parecchi consigli utili. I prodotti dell’orto erano superlativi: pomodori e insalata da sapori unici. Speriamo di poter tornare magari in autunno/inverno!

One of my best AirBNB experiences, I slept really well in this lovely apartment. The exterior of the building was quaint and had character but the insides were modern, recently renovated and tastefully decorated. Fontecchio is a small but really charming little village and a great base to explore this corner of Abruzzo. The only thing is that public transport is extremely limited in this kind of rural area so you will have to rent a car if you are thinking of staying in Fontecchio. But otherwise, I rarely give out such great reviews on AirBNB - this is definitely an excellent choice, I truly recommend this place based on my great experience. Every time we encountered a minor issue, Fabrizio and Todd looked into it and took care of it at once, you can't ask for more. Thanks so much for a great holiday.

Jennifer è un host attenta ai particolari, una persona eccezionale con un gusto marcato, la casa era impeccabile, attenta nell’ arredamento che si sposa bene con la storia della casa. Insomma tutto super, dalla pulizia alla posizione, struttura consigliata al 100%, sicuramente torneremo 😍

Ideaal verblijf voor mensen die houden van rust, stilte en natuur. Privacy is helemaal gegarandeerd. De gastvrouw en -heer zijn vriendelijke en correcte mensen. De prijs komt overeen met wat je krijgt. De communicatie verliep zeer vlot. Mijn vrouw en ik hadden het hier erg naar onze zin. Nogmaals dank aan de familie Blaas.
