Jane was very friendly and house is exactly as the description and the pictures. Is located in a very calm area. You definitely need a car to get to any shop or the city of Montegiorgio. The pool is really great and regularly cleaned. House is very comfortable and has fulfilled all our needs. It was very clean at our arrival. We enjoyed the view over the hills of the area of Montegiorgio. Tipps of Jane for the restaurants have been very useful and accurate. We enjoyed a lot our stay in Casa Isabela

Daniele and Sandra are a young couple who, despite having only recently started hosting, have proven to be at the level of those who already have experience. They were as professional in their punctuality and precision in their responses as they were kind in providing directions and suggestions, and they were available for dialogue and present but without any intrusiveness. It was a pleasure to chat and discover similarities in our thinking. Living in the house, unexpectedly even more beautiful than in the photos, was comfortable in every respect, also thanks to the presence of a very sweet cat that welcomed us when the rest of the family was absent. Thanks and goodbye!

Me and my friends had a great time at Carlo's villa, it felt really comfortable and Carlo himself was amazing (even giving us a lift when we missed a bus.) The garden and the pool were really nice and being able to get fresh eggs from the chickens was a nice surprise. We got to the villa quite late at night and pretty hungry so we were relieved to see some ingredients, some bottles of water and a bottle of wine there waiting for us to help us settle in. We had a lot of really good interactions with Carlo and even invited him over for a drink one day to say thanks for being such a good host. The next time we go back to visit our family down there we'll definitely look to book Casa Paterna again.

The villa was absolutely gorgeous! Cristiano was a very helpful host with local recommendations and being very responsive. The pool and gardens were beautiful. Our eight month crawled up his first set of stairs while there - will be a memory that stays with us. Also there was an excellent music collection you could play and a beautiful kitchen to cook in!

Our stay was exactly what we were looking for: a holiday full of relaxation and nature. The place, surrounded by greenery, was perfect for us and our dog, who really appreciated the outdoor space. We especially loved the small loggia, ideal for quiet breakfasts and relaxing evenings, enjoying the serene atmosphere and view. Valentina and her family were exceptional hosts, extremely welcoming and helpful from the first contact. They made us feel at home right away and the communication was always impeccable. The place was clean, small but comfortable and perfectly matched the description, providing everything needed for a pleasant stay. The location is ideal for those looking for peace and quiet, with the opportunity to take walks and immerse themselves completely in the beauty of the Marche landscape.

We were in Marcos' house with our four children and it was one of the most beautiful holidays we've ever had. The house is beautifully located at the end of a small street, between vineyards and nature. The view from the house and balcony to the sea is simply beautiful. We spent hours just looking at the sea. 🙂🤩 Everything you need is available in the house. Sufficient beds, bed linen, dishes, etc. If we had a question, Marco immediately responded and helped. Thank you for this beautiful holiday, thank you for sharing this gem. We will definitely come back again.

we have ha a great stay. unfortunately there were works going on at the house next door. due a miscommunication the gardener did pop up to do the grass 3 hours of noice. for the rest location is superb. people in Pontano are really friendly.

My wife and I stayed at margherita's Villa on May 18-26 and it was a wonderful experience. The Villa was even more spectacular in person , the accommodations were very comfortable and beautifully appointed. The grounds are maintained meticulously and the pool is inviting even on a chilly day. The panoramic views are spectacular. The location was perfect for us while visiting our family in Bucchianico. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to returning . 5 stars all the way around !!

This villa and its surrounding area is absolutely stunning. We had fresh organic tomatoes, figs, pears, peaches and apricots ready to pick and eat, not to mention the wine from Tommaso’s vineyard!! The chickens gave hours of entertainment to the little ones. The villa itself is large with all necessary amenities and the BBQ area a perfect space for al fresco dining. The pool is dreamy, large with spectacular views out to sea. Tomato was a wonderful host, always on hand for any questions and recommendations. We will definitely be back, it’s a fabulous place to relax in the peaceful Italian countryside yet a five minute drive to the beach - perfectto!!

We couldn’t recommend Villa Rustica highly enough. The villa itself is beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. It contains most, if not all, amenities that one would need including coffee machine, garage and a well stocked utility room. The villa is located in a private location with absolutely no disturbances and is in easy reach of shops, restaurants and the seaside. The views from the villa, especially poolside, are spectacular! A huge thank you to Marco, Melissa and Nino. As hosts they could not have been more accommodating, warm, friendly and responsive. They have built something truly special. As a family we’ve had a pretty tough 12 months, but Villa Rustica provided a perfect backdrop for us to relax and unwind and enjoy each other’s company. Thank you again Marco, Melissa and Nino we’d love to visit again!

Highly recommend this home; the owner has done an amazing job with the decor. The photos on-line are a true reflection of this beautiful home. Plus the views are spectacular! Very peaceful. Luisa was very responsive and met us at check in. I requested an iron as we were attending a wedding and our dresses needed a quick press from the luggage. Luisa made it happen.

Great apartment with lots of space. Raffaele was always available and not only gave us many good tips in advance such as restaurants and shopping facilities, but also brought us by specialties of the area as well as cold drinks (water, wine) and olive oil in advance. The instruction in the apartment was personal and uncomplicated. Special mention should be made of the great beach place with its own, very large, permanently installed umbrella and 4 loungers in the beach section opposite (2 min. walk), as well as the private pool, both of which are only available for your own use and free of charge. Towels were changed and the apartment cleaned in between! The very clean apartment also includes 4 bicycles with which we liked to drive almost every evening the short distance (20 min/6 km) to Pescara. There is a beautiful city with a pedestrian zone and shops as well as other restaurants. In short, great and thanks to Raffaele!

the location is fantastic, a villa immersed in the greenery of the Pescaresi countryside! It is a fairytale place ideal for parties or to stay with groups of friends or families! The house and its surroundings were even more beautiful than in the pictures and the view from the house was breathtaking. We spent a lot of time in the pool area which was so nice. The hosts were always available and responded quick if we had any questions. 10 out of 10 experience, would really recommend!

Casa Lola proved to be a fantastic stay. The views from the house are spectacular and the amenities were of a very high standard. We much enjoyed the pool, the large kitchen and the various terraces. A great space for a large group to have a very relaxing holiday. Victoria was extremely helpful with local tips and introductions to some of her neighbours to help us out with various requests (one of her neighbours makes a great lasagne). All in all a great stay, and we might have to repeat the experience sometime.

Welcoming warm host, location was tranquil snd picturesque, lovely welcoming village community. Freshly grown tomatoes on site and a fabulous outdoor pizza oven and barbecue area. Well, what can I say.. a unique experience! The owners were very kind, we felt right at home. Attention to detail, friendliness, punctuality, availability. The house is beautiful,the rooms are picturesque,the landscape is breathtaking. We will definitely be back!!

The home is beyond amazing! In terms of cleanliness, best to date. But also the location, facilities and decor more than we had hoped. The two bathrooms and the pool pure luxury. Owners are super friendly, helpful and great in terms of communication. Upon arrival, a beautiful package with tasty things and bottle of wine and on farewell again surprised with a farewell gift. Incredibly sweet. A vacation to remember.

We stayed at the property for a week feeling at home. The villa is beautiful, strategically positioned, has allowed us to have the maximum privacy and at the same time access the amenities in an easy way. A week of true relaxation! The house is very cozy, familiar and super stocked. The place is wonderful! Take a bathroom with Sibillini mountain views, unparalleled! Great location to get away from it all. Caterina is very available and flexible. We will definitely want to return during the sunflower flowering period! Highly recommended!

Enzo was very nice and Caring. The views are amazing and this little town is magical. The apartment is small and cozy. Awesome coffee machine with milk frother and heater. And Enzo was very hospitable and helpful with everything we needed and flexible with our hours as well.
