The apartment looked completely fresh. Renovated. Everything that was needed was there. The air conditioning was important, which was extremely pleasant in the heat. Everything looked almost new and super clean. Recommended for four people, not far from the beach and the beach promenade with restaurants. The nearby train station does not bother either. Overall highly recommended.

we spontaneously decided to stay 2 nights in Pescara. from the first moment on, Raffaele was super helpful and actively communicating with us. the apartment was very spacious, super clean and had everything we needed. also the kitchen provided everything necessary. The only little minus is the noise from the street which is a bit busy. but with windows closed it didn't bother us. we loved the time in Pescara and felt very at home in the apartment. strongly recommend Raffaeles place, he is a great host.

Marco and Paola are the best hosts ever! They provided us with everything we needed. They responded to all of our questions and gave us recommendations and instructions. The place is very very spacious— everything matches the description. The area is perfect because it’s walking distance to bakeries, restaurants, etc. Overall, one of the best homes ever! Will definitely come back in the future!

Very nice apartment, super comfortable and clean, steps from the sea. It has a wonderful terrace! They are very friendly. Suggestion... they should put wifi as it does not have it and when you are traveling it is very necessary. But I highly recommend it!

The apartment was exactly as in the photos. Flexible check-in, great communication with the host and a perfectly prepared apartment. The kitchen is well equipped, but due to the many good restaurants nearby, it was rarely used. The view of the sea from the terrace is fantastic. Apartment a stone's throw from the waterfront, tastefully furnished, complete with kitchen utensils, washing machine, etc., clean environment and impeccable linen. We had a great time.

On our arrival we were warmly welcomed by Emanuele's brother, Federico. He showed us around the apartment and gave us all the necessary information. The apartment was "sparkling clean" and clean, everything you needed was available. In short, a great place to stay with nothing to complain about. In the "courtyard", or in the outdoor area, our dog was able to move freely after the long drive and we relax comfortably. The location of the property is very close to the sea and many restaurants. We highly recommend this place and thank Emanuele and his two brothers for the hospitality.

My stay was very quiet in Domenico's house, a very comfortable and polite house, exceeded my expectations.

The apartment is simply gorgeous. The attention to detail and the optimization of the spaces is incredible. The location is strategic, quiet but at the same time very close to the village and beaches, reachable in a few minutes on foot. We enjoyed ourself so much. The place met our needs for a couple and a single. 2 bathrooms and bedrooms upstairs and down. We would definitely come back again and recommend it for groups of six. Everything we needed to cook at home. Wish the weather would have been nice to enjoy the area out back. Lovely table and lights to have dinner and play cards.

The accommodation is very large and everything you needed was there. The location is optimal, right in the city and everything is easily accessible on foot... The stand was directly across the street. Everything very clean! Host was very friendly and always responded quickly… always happy to come back!

We, four girls, recently stayed at the property for a week. This is a bit away from the shot (20 minutes walk from the city/village) but for us it was totally fine. We needed some peace and quiet. The check-in was totally uncomplicated. Fabrizio was already waiting for us and the key exchange was smooth. Free parking was available nearby. The apartment has an excellent location, right on the beach. We especially enjoyed the terrace every morning. In addition, there is the private beach. Bikes were available. GREAT!!!! The premises are somewhat limited for four adults. We didn't always have good weather, so you couldn't spread out well. In addition, the apartment is in need of renovation. The garden is also beautiful but too much clutter, which is here and there. Still, it was a good stay. Thank you Fabrizio!

I highly recommend this house with the great garden! We enjoyed every moment and were pleasantly surprised at how nice and comfortable everything was. Caterina and Paolo were very helpful and were able to make us feel at home. When we arrived, they personally welcomed us and everything was tidy and clean. The functional and comfortable apartment was a great support for our hikes in the parks and nearby beaches. We are a family with two children and finding a relaxing environment to end the days of "adventures " was relaxing. Quiet area and within walking distance of the sea.

Very nice and well-kept house in every detail! Cross the street and you are immediately on the beach and nearby there are all the services at your fingertips such as supermarket, bars, pastry shops, pharmacy, etc. the center of San Benedetto is a 15/20 min walk so the location is also great. Gabriele is very polite and friendly and ready to help you in any way with very timely responses. The only bad note but it only concerns my case is that the elevator does not reach the floor and there is a flight of stairs and in my case with an infant and stroller in the long run it is a little uncomfortable. for the rest Gabriele and the house I would say at the top!

Five-star experience, excellent apartment all around. Close to the city center and the wonderful Molo Sud. Perfect also for mobile working with fast internet. Don’t forget to ask Gaetano for restaurant recommendations, you will be delighted.

Delightful apartment with attention to detail that shows the obvious passion for beautiful things of those who manage it. There is also a large terrace that, having been there in winter, I could not use but which in summer will look like a large outdoor living room. The condominium context is elegant, modern and, above all, very quiet. Manlio was a sensational and super helpful host who immediately makes the guest feel at ease with his captivating and sincere smile. I'll definitely be back!

Our family of 4 had a great stay with a beautiful, clean and spacious home. Stunning views of the beach located across the street. Great shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. Marco was an amazing host and always readily available, when needed. We had a wonderful vacation in this home.

The accommodation is in the heart of Francavilla al mare. The Sirena is the linchpin of this city that stretches along the sea. 5 minutes' walk from the beach (soft sandy beach). An underpass (under the railway tracks) provides easy access to the beach, the world's best ice cream parlour "Tennisbar dal Professore" and various Restaurants. On the accommodation side, there are several supermarkets (it is recommended to take the car) The accommodation is located in a corner house, on the upper floor. In the spacious entrance area, the small kitchen is open to the living-dining room, beautifully bright and spacious. Two bedrooms go to the right of it and the bathroom to the left. You can see the sea from the bedroom windows. All rooms have air conditioning. The apartment is clean, tidy, spacious, central. Small "helpers" such as a clothes rack, parasol and broom make it easier to organise after a nice day at the beach. We thank Elisa for the great accommodation. We will be happy to come back!
