The Simseeklinik and the spa gardens are also close to the property.

With a lot of love we have prepared the apartment for rent and hope that our guests feel very comfortable. The apartment is very centrally located in the south of Rosenheim with a good bus connection to the train station or quickly by car to the highway. Rosenheim has a beautiful city center and you are also immediately in the mountains and the surrounding lakes, and can enjoy the fantastic nature.

Enjoy your vacation in the circus wagon on our property. In front of the circus wagon is a "small garden" with two seats that can be used depending on the condition. We live on the outskirts of Breitbrunn, about 800 m from Lake Chiemsee. This is also within walking distance on beautiful paths. Breitbrunn is a small village surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes.

Our place is in Rosenheim and is located in the middle of Munich/Salzburg. The Inntal triangle towards Austria and Italy/Brenner is approx. 5 minutes away. Lake Chiemsee and the mountains can be reached in about 20 minutes.
