Water is included in the rental price. Electricity consumption is billed at the end of the stay at DKK 4.85 per kWh. Both the wilderness bath and the sauna are electric. You must bring your own bed linen and towels.

The house is completely new with quality materials and the details have been taken care of. The house is very spacious with a large kitchen-living room with access to a large terrace as well as a large living room with access to a covered terrace. The house contains four bedrooms and two large bathrooms - one with a sauna and access to an outdoor shower and one with a bathtub.

A good and comfortable place to stay in a scenic area with the possibility of good nature experiences. Marked hiking trails in the forest. The nearest neighbor (300 m) is the Tothaven petting zoo and farm dairy with cute animals and a café. Here you immediately feel at home and can have a peaceful and relaxing stay. The house has a bright and lovely living room with access to the terrace and lawn. The kitchen is well-equipped. Newly renovated nice and cozy 84 sqm (main house) + 10 sqm (annex - bedroom 3) holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!
