We had a great time at Oscar's. We were greeted with smile and kindness by himself and his little family. The house is splendid and functional . The rooms are very large. Having 4 bedrooms upstairs and 2 inside the same as the kitchen allowed us to live with our toddlers without disturbing the rest of the family with our morning schedules. Kind of like an apartment in the house . The pool and exteriors are more than pleasant. The house is just as much for a family trip like ours ( 11 people ) , as for a stay with friends , The restaurants in the area are delicious . Oscar is also very good advice. Ideal location for cyclists, both for the road ( hilly ) and for the mountain bike that allowed us to visit this beautiful region and its panoramas. We were not lucky with the weather but that didn't stop us from having a great stay . Thank you

Beautiful and very well-equiped apartment in a peaceful countryside with absolute privacy. Paul and Nicole were lovely hosts who gave us a lot of tips and were at our disposal at all times. We felt like at home and enjoyed our stay to the fullest.

Had a fantastic stay at Jon's place in Villefranche. The house is set up perfectly for a family gathering and stands up to the pictures. Well located in the hills above Villefranche-sur-mer, it served as a great base for our family to explore the area around Nice.

Letitia’s villa is wonderful, from the beautiful building and pool down to the cutlery and glasses. Lots of little touches to make you feel this is a place that is loved. Thankyou for letting us stay at your wonderful villa.

We loved our stay, perfect for our large family

We had a couple of nights at this very sweet property. Cabris is a very quaint and pretty village with amazing views. We went to Grasse and did a perfume workshop which was really good fun and came away with our unique perfume. Can’t fault the property would recommend.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay. The villa was beautiful and had everything we were looking for. It was so lovely waking up to the beautiful views and we loved the pool. There were three of us in the house in early May 2025 with Celine and Julien. Both are very accommodating and friendly, inquiries were answered promptly. Thanks for both of you. The house is perfectly located for visits to the surrounding villages and towns (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, etc.) as well as for starting long hikes. The pool offers a very nice and gladly used opportunity for refreshment afterwards. The rooms are very nice, the kitchen huge and invites you to cook with friends. We would always love to come again. Great place for children, adults and grandparents that can be placed in a separate little house😉 The pool was heated and lovely to bathe even in the month of April. Great to have lunch under the olive tree and dinner at the long table with barbecue and views🙌 Definitely recommended.

Thank you very much for the wonderful time at your terrific villa. This place exceeded our expectations: it is highly equipped, modern, beautiful, and cozy. The view and the garden are just stunning. We were choosing among several other villas, and we were definitely lucky to stay here. You truly feel at home. Every detail in this place is filled with great attention, soul, and love. The only small point was with the heated pool — although we paid for it in cash, the water (including at the supply holes) remained chilly, so we couldn’t tell or proof if it was actually heated. Other than that, it’s really impressive how well you take care of this villa. We were two families, six people in total, and a small dog. The direct access from the bedrooms to the garden was a perfect feature for our little fluffy friend. Thanks once again for your hospitality and thanks a lot for making our stay so enjoyable! 🤗

Stunning home nestled in a peaceful area with great view of the surrounding mountains. My family stayed here for 5 nights, and loved every minute. The pool was lovely and clean and the house and garden well kept. It was hot when we stayed so was extremely grateful for the AC which was throughout the house. Nice clean linen and towels, plenty of crockery and kitchen utensils. Juliana was super helpful and always responded quickly. A truly wonderful host! Would recommend this place to others looking for a peaceful retreat, with plenty of space to relax. Some great little shops and a lovely bakery not far from the villa however would recommend having a car as not really walking distance.

Renee's villa is absolutely beautiful: the location, the amenities, the gardens and outdoor areas, pool and privacy were all superb. There was a major power outage in Southern France while we were there and we were well prepared with the candles and flashlights provided in the villa. The proximity to the surrounding beautiful small villages as well as the Mediterranean coastal towns of Nice, Antibes, Eze, etc. provides a wide choice of sight-seeing, restaurants, grocery stores, hiking, beaches, history and art. I would suggest all renters read her book of instructions and suggestions thoroughly at the start of their stay, as there is important information to make your stay more comfortable and without problems.

Very nice stay in a beautiful setting. We enjoyed the view, the quiet, the garden, the barbecue, the parking and the location of the Domaine. A big thank you to Sandrine and Dorin for their welcome, efficiency and sympathy. We plan to return to Domaine Mont Belvédère.

Teresa’s place exceeded my wife’s and my expectations. Not only is the unit one of the cleanest we’ve ever experienced, but it felt high-end, complete with robes, slippers, comfortable bedding, and a very nice bathroom equipped with not only great-smelling bath gel, shampoo, and conditioner, but body lotion (all of which my wife appreciated) and even other items you might find in mid-and-upper-range hotel rooms. We cooked just about every night in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoyed the views from the balcony, sitting outside whenever we had the chance. The nearby bakeries were also perfect for morning pastries and daily baguettes, and the market near the police station had a great selection of local wines, ciders, produce, etc. The Smart TV allowed us to log into our streaming accts. and Wi-fi was great. Once we figured out how to use the combo washer/dryer, we appreciated having the ability to do a few loads of laundry. We had a thoroughly great time during our stay.

A fantastic place for a large group and three separate families. The space was amazing. The view was even better than the photos. The kitchen was so well equipped with lsrge amounts of glasses, plstes, cutlery and cooking dishes. Amazing find. Pricey but well worth the money.

Amélie's place was perfect for us, just as it appears in the photos. We were there without a car and were able to walk into St Paul de Vence via a pretty path to the side of the road, and catch the bus to places that were further afield from the nearby bus stop. We loved the view from the terrace.

I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our accommodations! This delightful apartment was the perfect size for us, well decorated and peaceful. It is convenient to just about anywhere you want to explore, but there is plenty to do even if you just stay in the beautiful local area. We loved the beach, the gorgeous rooftop pool, the array of restaurants, the natural attractions and the market across the street. Many thanks to Florian, a thoughtful, friendly and welcoming host who responded quickly to any questions we had. We are thrilled to have found this gem and are already looking forward to booking it again!

Stephanie was a wonderful host. The house was perfect in beautiful surroundings. Very modern and it had absolutely everything we needed for us and our 8 month old baby including a high chair and multiple baby baths to choose from. I spent a total of 6 weeks with Jean-Marc. Clean apartment. Quiet area. Me and my family were also allowed to use the barbecue. It's better to have a car, because it takes 1 hour to walk to the supermarket and back. The village is also very beautiful. Great stay.

It was one of the most beautiful air bnbs I’ve ever stayed in. The views were incredible and it had such a cute kitchen. It was the perfect location to many restaurants and many beaches.
