Adjacent to the owners' main residence (discreet couple 58-70 years old) on 2000 m2 of land. Ideally located between Nice and Cannes, near Valbonne, Grasse (perfumeries), Pont du Loup, 20 min to the sea, 1 hour to the mountains, 10 min to the 18-hole Valbonne golf course. Rentals from Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise agreed. "Sociable and well-behaved animals ;-)" are welcome.

This 79 m2 charming town house was originally built in 1792 and therefore a part of the history of our lovely little village, La Colle sur Loup. The house has been totally renovated in 2013, respecting the spirit of a the initial style with stone walls and wooden beams in the ceiling and then with an artistic twist.
