Stay by the sea with a private jetty

Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

The cottage on the island

At the far end of the Västerhavet is the island of Tjörnekalv. You can easily get there by bus and/or train from Gothenburg. By car, you park in Rönnäng and take the ferry to the island. Around the island there is the possibility of saltwater swimming, climbing mountains, catching crabs, experiencing species-rich nature. There are no stores on the island so you need to bring the supplies you need. You can order groceries from Dyröboden. They arrive by ferry the following day. The accommodation is a separate apartment in a house with a modern style and good comfort. 200 meters from the accommodation, you will find a cozy harbor and Kårevik's well-visited swimming area with both a diving tower and a sandy beach. Our newly built guest house is just 20 metres from Kårevik harbour and a bathing area. The view of Åstol, Marstrand with Carlsten Fortress, Dyrön and the horizon is outstanding and breathtaking. Less than a minute away, you have access to your morning dip. We built our house on a cliff near the water. This is the ultimate place for all couples who want to relax and enjoy the sun, wind and water, but due to the steep cliffs it is not suitable for children.
