Holiday rentals with a patio in Rome

I had an incredible experience staying here. From the moment I walked in I felt right at home and was struck by how immaculately clean and new everything was. The space is spotless and clearly very well cared for. Beyond that, the apartment is perfectly located, you can easily reach all of the main sights! Walking distance to the Colosseum, Termini train station and there's also many great restaurants and grocery stores locally, some just a 2 minute walk away. Jessica is an incredible hostess. Very kind, responsive and thoughtful. She offered helpful local tips, was flexible with my arrival time and ensured everything ran smoothly for me. This place and Jessica exceeded all expectations and I can’t recommend it highly enough!

Sara was very friendly and welcoming to her apartment! Her place was very beautiful, clean and modern, located just a quick drive from the airport.

Had a good stay, property is as described and Pierluigi was a helpful and responsive host. Thank so much for making Rome a wonderful trip!

El lugar está ubicado en la zona residencial de Trastevere, no tienes la locura al lado, pero queda muy cerca de todos los restaurantes y lugares para disfrutar. Perfecto para visitar Roma por primera vez, Miguel es super proactivo y nos ayudó con todo.

Private space. Very nice patio, though we spent most of our time touring the city. Easy walk to nice coffee shops and restaurants as well as the Vatican. Claudio was great--very responsive. We were getting into Rome prior to check-in time and had a tour reserved at the Vatican. We were able to have our bags stored at the place and get in early with no fuss.

Alessandro was really helpful and made sure we had a great stay. The place was clean and comfortable- very cool - didn’t even need the A/C (even though it does have) - really enjoyed our stay! Thank you 🙏

Had a wonderful stay - a great hideaway from Romes hustle bustle- beautiful property with gardens and views of the city. Train station is 30 minutes drive away. I would love to revisit and stay at this property again

Our stay with Valerio was fantastic! He accomodated our late check in and welcomed us personally and explained all the amenities. The apartment is very luxurious and modern with the jacuzzi being the highlight. Very well furnished, the home had everything we needed. We were close to the Vatican so it made commuting to our tour very easy. We spent the evening outdoor part of the house, and thoroughly enjoyed using the jacuzzi while watching TV. We are glad we chose to stay with Valerio and we highly recommend!

Le logement proposé est complètement conforme aux photos et à la description. L’arrivée était facile et sécurisée, tout était bien rangé et propre. La maison est spacieuse et l’espace extérieur très agréable. Emmanuella était très sympathique et réactive. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Rome et nous recommandons ce logement.

The place is near the bus stop and termini station. You can easily get food by getting outside, I highly recommend to eat at Pizzeria Al Pigneto. The host is very friendly and helpful. I have no complain but the place will be better if they change the sleep lights to yellow instead of white.

Antonella ist eine sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin. In der Unterkunft hat uns nichts gefehlt. Hervorzuheben ist das schnelle Internet. Für Events zum Olympiastadion liegt die Wohnung gut.

Un endroit très paisible malgré la proximité de l’aéroport, on entend très peu les avions. Maison idéale pour un séjour et le découverte de Rome à seulement 30mn en voiture. Des petites attentions à l’arrivée qui sont très agréables

This place is an absolute gem in the heart of Rome — if it is available, I’d highly suggest booking! We were here for 4 nights and slept so well due to the extremely comfy bed & A/C. The apartment was centrally located (as much as you can be in Rome) and allowed us to visit all the important sites + neighborhoods on foot. The terrace was magical — perfect for enjoying beautiful evenings in peace with pizza & wine from the surrounding neighborhood. The shower was also so spacious and consistently had good water temp + pressure — a true treasure in Italy! Going up the stairs with luggage is definitely a challenge, but this is to be expected when staying in beautiful but older buildings in Europe. Lastly, Alois was amazing — so kind, proactive, and helpful. He helped us check-in early despite our last-minute request, and was overall a pleasure to communicate with. We could not have been happier with our stay here!

The location was perfect and walking distance to get to the most famous spots in Rome. Upon arrival at the Rome airport, they went above and beyond by arranging a private taxi. The apartment had everything we needed and the outside overlooking the garden was fantastic for relaxing after a long day of touring.

Fabiola is a great and friendly host. She was always available and gave us lots of great advice (specially really good places to have the real Italian pizza and pasta). The apartment was really beautiful, modern and with all the amenities one would need for a good stay in Rome. The terrace was amazing, a quiet and beautiful place to rest surrounded by plants after a long day walking. It is also conveniently close to the Vatican in a quiet neighbourhood with lots of good restaurants nearby. Easy to get anywhere in Rome either by public transport or walking. And there’s a bus from the airport that leaves you very close to it. We will surely repeat our stay with Fabiola anytime we go back to Rome

F ederica nous à renseignés sans problème sur les questions posées notamment sur le trajet aéroport appartement. Appartement très spacieux et un patio très agréable. la literie super on a très bien dormi. appartement très bien situé 3 mn à pied de la station de métro très pratique. proche de commerces et restaurants notamment une pizzeria sympa en bas de l'appartement. On a adoré Rome et on y retournera. hôte de confiance.

This place is a steal! The location of the apartment is beautiful - great neighborhood and just a few minutes away from the Vatican city's St Peter's Square and Castel Sant'Angelo on foot. The apartment is more than spacious for two people and very comfortable. Agata has been a great host, very friendly and responsive. We loved our stay and would plan another vacation at this property in a heartbeat!

My wife and I stayed in Marco’s chalet for the last few days of our honeymoon and loved it! Such unique place - you come into an apartment building, get to the top floor and go through the door into the beautiful wooden chalet with a lovely open but private roof terrace. Marco was fantastic - he had to stop by at one point to switch off the irrigation system for the plants, and very kindly gave us a beautiful bottle of sparkling rosé for our honeymoon. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay just a little bit out of the busy centre of Trastevere, this was a real peaceful oasis to come back to, and it only took us 10 minutes to get to the centre of Trastevere, where we ate every night.
