Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Rome

We had an incredible stay in this beautiful and cozy accommodation in Rome. It was very accessible by transit and the home had everything we needed. The neighbourhood needs a mention as well - everyone was so nice and friendly and helpful. So many local business owners went out of their way to assist us in every possible way. We will miss this neighbourhood so much. Masoud was very responsive and checked in to ensure we were having a good stay. I can’t recommend this place enough for other travellers. Thank you again for everything, Masoud!

The space and Ari were lovely! Ari greeted us at the Airbnb and gave us a tour, left us a bottle of wine to enjoy, and was so communicative the whole time. The SPACE! Work of art, filled with art. I can tell Ari spent a lot of time customizing each aspect of the space and all of the art was so beautiful I wanted to take it with me!! It was about a 45-50 minute walk to Trevi Fountain/city center, but honestly did not too bad. Thanks for everything!

Lovely place to stay with your family. Host- very responsive/ helpful to any query. It's outside Rome but easily accessible by train (to Termini) or bus which takes you straight to Anagnina (the last stop) and the metro is just a level below. Its a nice and quiet place to stay.

Thank you to our host, who met us at very short notice when our other accommodation didn't work out. Welcoming, informative, secure, close to great restaurants, really comfortable, walking distance to attractions. firm beds with comfortable bedding, lots of space and a movie cinema to boot! 3 bathrooms, functional kitchen, light, bright and airy. also great heating for our winter stay. As a side note, the piano is more a piece of art than a playable instrument. lucky, ir we may never have very tyred out!

Great location, and the apartment was extremely clean with all the amenities. The apartment is swanky with a really cool home theater and modern equipment. Highly recommend this gem in the beautiful city of Rome. I would love to come back to Rome and to this apartment.

Struttura assolutamente consigliata per soggiorni nella Capitale. Pulizia, ordine e reattività dell’host sono note di lode! Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Ich kann die Unterkunft aufjedenfall für jeden empfehlen. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht. Küche mit alles was man braucht. Induktionsherd,Kühlschrank ,Klima. Und die Bettwäsche hat sooooo gut gerochen einfach nur Wow. Es gab sogar Handtücher. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und es gibt 2 gute Restaurants in der Umgebung. In der Nähe ist eine Bahnhaltestelle aber ganz wichtig tickets nur mit Karte kaufbar. Zur Lido muss ich nichts sagen e isst ein Urlaubsparadies. Mapy danke für alles und ich würde es jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Esperienza squisita. La casa è molto ben curata, in un palazzo tranquillo lontano dai rumori di una città come Roma. Per le mie esperienze sicuramente tra i primi tre posti. Per i motivi che mi hanno spinto a Roma la zona era perfetta, dal momento che lasciata la macchina, mi sono sempre spostato a piedi. Cucina e camera da letto perfetti.. caffè molto buono. Bagno impeccabile...TV stupenda per seguire le semifinali di LBA. Sicuramente ci tornerò dovessi avere necessità, sperando ci sia disponibilità. Io avevo impegni in zona ma anche se dovete visitare la città, mi sembra il posto perfetto per rientrare dopo una giornata in giro per la città eterna.

Really enjoyed my stay here! The place is super comfy and has a great vibe—kind of feels like a little museum with all of Luca’s awesome collection and decor. Kevis was an amazing co-host—super responsive and full of great recs. He even kept me company with a friendly chat while I was stuck in Paris an extra day. Would definitely stay again!

Cozy, very clean apartment, in which we felt very comfortable. In 5 minutes you can walk to the Labaro train station, from there you can take the train to Piazza del Popolu in about 20 minutes, for us a perfect connection to downtown Rome. Adriana and her son Andrea are very friendly hosts. Gladly again!

I would recommend staying. It is a quick walk into Tivoli where there a lots of lovely Restaurants, Gardens & Walks

L'appartemento di Simone è in un'ottima zona, tranquillo silenziosissimo e ottimamente tenuto. la zona è un po' lontana dalla più vicina stazione metro, l'autobus ferma proprio davanti alla via dell'appartamento ma, dato il grande traffico di Roma, non sempre ci si riesce a muovere velocemente verso il centro. San Pietro è facilemente raggiungibile a piedi con una passeggiata di pochi minuti. Pulito e confortevole, vale sicuramente la pena starci. Simone è un ottimo Host, puntuale nelle risposte e propositivo, disponibile a rispondere ad ogni esigenza. Ottimo il servizio di self checkin che permette di essere autonimi. Nelle vicinanze bar, super market aperto fino a tarda sera e ottime pasticcerie. E'stata una bellissima esperienza che ripeteremo sicuramente

Pietro fue un buen anfitrión pues siempre respondía con rapidez y nos permitió dejar las maletas antes de la hora del check-in. El apartamento es perfecto para pasar unos días en Roma, la cama me ha parecido muy cómoda y bastante grande. La cocina y el baño estaban muy bien. (Si tuviese que volver repetiría sin duda, si estás pensando en coger este apartamento , CÓGELO) Ahora bien; se decía que había champú y gel y no había, toallas solo había una grande y otra pequeña, (si vais dos personas es insuficiente) por lo demás todo correcto. Recalco que es un buen apartamento. Paradas de autobús a 2 minutos.

This is a sunny, comfortable 2BR flat; compact yet the many separating doors allowed for quiet and privacy. Not new but not tired or tawdry, this bright, expansive, flat--including the cozy balcony flows well and is especially quiet and relaxing after a busy sightseeing day. There are food markets and some intriguing dining options at hand as well as a wonderful family restaurant just a 10 min walk --5 min from the metro station. Being near the B metro, just 10 stops (15 min) from the all-connecting Termini station was convenient and provided for more comfortable living quarters at a more reasonable price. Also, from appx June 1 to Sept 15, the outdoor swimming pool is accessible to enjoy--another plus of being out of the center-city. Aldridge was very attentive without being intrusive, and quick to respond--often in person--whenever there was a glitch or the need arose. We would definitely recommend staying here and would happily return.

My family and I stayed at this home. If we could give more than 5 stars, we certainly would! Livio and Krystyna are the best hosts you could ever imagine… they greeted us at the apartment, gave us a tour, had thoughtful gifts, gave great recommendations for both food and places to visit, and were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our entire trip. They truly went above and beyond! The home was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and perfectly located right by St. Peter’s Basilica. The street the home is located on has no cars so it was really nice to come outside to a lively and beautiful street without cars. The home and location themselves are certainly enough to rate this 5 stars. Having the best hosts ever was quite the bonus! Stay here and you won’t be disappointed!! We will be back again!

Un apartamento fantástico en una zona fantástica. La atención por parte de los anfitriones muy buena. La zona es preciosa para pasear, comer bien, tomar un café... Fuimos a todas partes andando, ya que la mayoría de lugares de interés están a 30 o 40 minutos a pie. Nos dejaron agua, huevos, leche, café... Muy amables y serviciales. Las camas muy cómodas, el espacio limpio y muchas toallas y amenities. ¡Muchas gracias! :)

From the US to Barcelona to Italy! We were hoping Marcello’s home had all the special and cozy expectations we wanted away from home. We absolutely loved our stay. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend this jewel.

Un logement moderne dans un immeuble tellement italien.. Veruska est un hôte accueillant réactif et disponible.. à proximité des restaurants typiques hors tourisme… mais le centre de Rome est à portée de marche…. Tout était parfait.. merci

Fantastic stay in Tommaso’s apartment! It was exactly what I hoped! Super spacious, clean, charming and in the cutest area. I absolutely loved my stay and I would book again next time I’m back in Rome. Tomasso was super helpful, a wonderful host and replied very fast. I can 100% recommend!
