Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Rome

Lovely place to stay with your family. Host- very responsive/ helpful to any query. It's outside Rome but easily accessible by train (to Termini) or bus which takes you straight to Anagnina (the last stop) and the metro is just a level below. Its a nice and quiet place to stay.

The space and Ari were lovely! Ari greeted us at the Airbnb and gave us a tour, left us a bottle of wine to enjoy, and was so communicative the whole time. The SPACE! Work of art, filled with art. I can tell Ari spent a lot of time customizing each aspect of the space and all of the art was so beautiful I wanted to take it with me!! It was about a 45-50 minute walk to Trevi Fountain/city center, but honestly did not too bad. Thanks for everything!

The apartment was just as pictured. There is a grocery store 2 minutes away and the bus stop was also close. It is a bit far from sights so just plan accordingly.

I can definitely recommend the place to anyone. The accommodation has everything you need. Kitchen with everything you need. Induction stove,fridge ,air conditioning. And the bedding smelled sooooo good just wow. There were even towels. The area is very quiet and there are 2 good restaurants in the area. There is a train stop nearby, but very important tickets can only be purchased with a card. I don't have to say anything about the Lido and eats a vacation paradise. Mapy thanks for everything and I would recommend anytime.

We really liked the place, the lights created a beautiful environment. It was very clean, the instructions to get there were very clear, host was always kind when communicating. Bed was exceptionally comfortable to rest fully. Very friendly neighborhood with many small convenient shops in the area.

Really enjoyed my stay here! The place is super comfy and has a great vibe—kind of feels like a little museum with all of Luca’s awesome collection and decor. Kevis was an amazing co-host—super responsive and full of great recs. He even kept me company with a friendly chat while I was stuck in Paris an extra day. Would definitely stay again!

Cozy, very clean apartment, in which we felt very comfortable. In 5 minutes you can walk to the Labaro train station, from there you can take the train to Piazza del Popolu in about 20 minutes, for us a perfect connection to downtown Rome. Adriana and her son Andrea are very friendly hosts. Gladly again!

I would recommend staying. It is a quick walk into Tivoli where there a lots of lovely Restaurants, Gardens & Walks

Simone's apartment is in a great area, quiet, very quiet and well maintained. the area is a little far from the nearest metro station, the bus stops right in front of the apartment street but, given the great traffic in Rome, you can't always move quickly towards the center. San Pietro is easily reachable on foot with a few minutes' walk. Clean and comfortable, it's definitely worth staying there. Simone is a great Host, punctual in her responses and proactive, available to respond to every need. Great self check-in service that allows you to be self-contained. Nearby bars, super market open until late at night and great bakeries. Itwas a beautiful experience that we will definitely repeat

Pietro was a good host because he always responded quickly and allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in time. The apartment is perfect for spending a few days in Rome, the bed seemed very comfortable and quite large. The kitchen and bathroom were very good. (If I had to go back I would definitely repeat, if you are thinking of taking this apartment, TAKE IT) Now, it was said that there was shampoo and gel and there wasn't, there were only one large and one small towel (if you are two people it is insufficient) otherwise everything was correct. I emphasize that it is a good apartment. Bus stops 2 minutes away.

The airbnb looks just like what it is from the photos! Although the door could be a little hard for us to open, overall we enjoyed our stay here

We had an incredible time at Paola’s place. I stayed with my husband, my mom and my two year-old daughter. The location couldn’t be better to have a walkable experience but also a quiet street. The apartment was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. Paola there is an incredible host, she was always responsive, and even cooked us an amazing gourmet dinner one night! Highly recommend doing the dinner. It’s a wonderful experience, and you get to know Paola more :). Five stars all around.

This is a sunny, comfortable 2BR flat; compact yet the many separating doors allowed for quiet and privacy. Not new but not tired or tawdry, this bright, expansive, flat--including the cozy balcony flows well and is especially quiet and relaxing after a busy sightseeing day. There are food markets and some intriguing dining options at hand as well as a wonderful family restaurant just a 10 min walk --5 min from the metro station. Being near the B metro, just 10 stops (15 min) from the all-connecting Termini station was convenient and provided for more comfortable living quarters at a more reasonable price. Also, from appx June 1 to Sept 15, the outdoor swimming pool is accessible to enjoy--another plus of being out of the center-city. Aldridge was very attentive without being intrusive, and quick to respond--often in person--whenever there was a glitch or the need arose. We would definitely recommend staying here and would happily return.

My family and I stayed at this home. If we could give more than 5 stars, we certainly would! Livio and Krystyna are the best hosts you could ever imagine… they greeted us at the apartment, gave us a tour, had thoughtful gifts, gave great recommendations for both food and places to visit, and were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our entire trip. They truly went above and beyond! The home was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and perfectly located right by St. Peter’s Basilica. The street the home is located on has no cars so it was really nice to come outside to a lively and beautiful street without cars. The home and location themselves are certainly enough to rate this 5 stars. Having the best hosts ever was quite the bonus! Stay here and you won’t be disappointed!! We will be back again!

From the US to Barcelona to Italy! We were hoping Marcello’s home had all the special and cozy expectations we wanted away from home. We absolutely loved our stay. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend this jewel.

Had a fantastic stay in a beautiful apartment that had delicious restaurants and handy mini market next door. Bus and tram stops across the road that took us into central Rome in less than 10 minutes.

Fantastic stay in Tommaso’s apartment! It was exactly what I hoped! Super spacious, clean, charming and in the cutest area. I absolutely loved my stay and I would book again next time I’m back in Rome. Tomasso was super helpful, a wonderful host and replied very fast. I can 100% recommend!

Mauro and Francesca were great hosts and we really enjoyed our stay at their place. The rooms were clean and the house is very spacious with a large bathroom. Appreciate the late check in assistance. The location is absolutely fantastic and walkable to most Roman historic sites or bus stops if you want to go farther. Mauro also helped us with local recommendations for food, drinks and luggage storage. Highly recommend!
