Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Romainville

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

The stay was great. The accommodation was very private & beautiful. Jessica was also very easy to reach & extremely helpful. Everything was there, from dishes to pots to bed linen & washing machine. Even washing powder, if you don't have allergies, you could have used it. A small booklet in the living area also had a few tips on activities & explanations about the house. Unfortunately, only in French, but quickly translated with modern technology. Simply take a photo and have it translated from your mobile phone. The park is not very far, with views over Paris & the neighborhood is quite quiet. If you want to go to Paris, for example, to the Eiffel Tower, it takes almost an hour by bus and train. But the connection is good & cheap. For Germans, the loud heating when showering was rather unusual, because of the thin walls. But it didn't bother us. We felt very comfortable and are very satisfied.

The house was just like the pictures. Plenty of space for a group and easy access to central Paris through public transportation. Caroline was quick to respond to any questions I had. I would recommend this home to anyone!

Our 10-day stay at Emilie's house was absolutely fantastic. My girlfriend and my dog had a great time in the house and garden for home office work, playing and chilling. While I immediately felt at home after long working days. It takes a little more than 1 hour to get to the centre by public transport. The area is quiet, Emilie has made a great effort to make our stay uncomplicated. We would come back anytime!

We spent three nights at Anne's place and loved the experience. Literally cannot think of a single complaint. The house was built in 1905 and it's clear that Anne has taken really good care of the place. Comfortable bedrooms and lots of spaces to hang out. The garden was beautiful. We would definitely return if we ever make it back to Paris!

Pierre was an incredible host! The private Villa was inside a gated historic community. You immediately feel safe and are in awe, of the cozy space. Inside the sixth District, which was close to everything we wanted to see while visiting Paris the Metro was only a six minute walk, restaurants and cafés abundantly located nearby. Pierre went the extra mile to allow us early entrance and had us picked up from the airport. I would recommend this beautiful space to anyone I know. Pierre was readily available to answer. All questions in his hospitality was top notch.. Thank you for letting us visit. We look forward to future stays. Merci Beaucoup.

Beautiful surroundings. Easy to get to Paris or spend the time in the country side. House is very old and full of character. Well stocked and host left some fruit and snacks as a welcome which was amazing. Only note is there are cameras inside the house in the common areas which should be removed per Airbnb policies.

We absolutely loved staying at Capucine’s apartment. It’s one of the rare Airbnbs that actually looks better in person than in the listing - clean, tidy, and tastefully appointed. The neighborhood is fantastic: full of great bars, restaurants, boulangeries, and shops, all within easy walking distance. Public transport is excellent, with multiple metro stations and bus stops nearby, making it easy to explore the city. We felt very safe and secure, and the apartment itself was peaceful, full of natural light, and offered a lovely view of a classic Parisian street. We will happily stay here again next time in Paris!

Such a cute traditional Paris apartment for two. Great beds, so convenient to have laundry in unit, excellent and spacious living room to relax in after a long day touring Paris, comfortable beds. Would absolutely come back

We loved our stay in this lively neighborhood. Olivier was a very responsive and friendly host! We traveled as a family of 4 with late teenage children and this was perfect for us—-vibrant night life and close to several metros. Great location to get everywhere! The place had everything we needed for a great stay. We especially loved the bathrooms. We would definitely recommend this property and would gladly stay here in the future.

Very nice, clean apartment in a nice neighborhood close to transit lines and the Eiffel Tower. Augustin and Allan were communicative, friendly, and helpful. The Wifi had an outage and did not work for most of our stay, unfortunately, but Augustin / Allan were very proactive in trying to help and find a solution. Would recommend this stay!

The accommodation was really nice, especially because there are many good restaurants and cafes in the area. In addition, you can get to the city centre of Paris very quickly by train. Nicolas always responded directly to messages and was available at all times. We would definitely book the accommodation again 🥰

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment in Paris. Everything was clean and tidy. The apartment is very tastefully decorated. Communication with the landlord was excellent, great tips were sent and questions were answered immediately. We were surprised on arrival with a personal letter and a small gift. We would rent the apartment again at any time.

A view of the countryside on one side, a sensational view of Paris from the terrace and in between a cozy little apartment. We felt very comfortable and, thanks to Montmartre, we came back fitter with the numerous stairs.

We really enjoyed Audrey's warm welcome. The house is large, very clean, the rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. The living room, kitchen and outdoor areas are impeccable. We had a great evening, with a barbecue and jacuzzi on the agenda. Many thanks to Audrey!

All the occupants were more than delighted, each with their own space while being close to the others, a common room large and friendly enough. a very quiet and secure residence. This house exudes a warm atmosphere that delights both adults and children thanks to the outdoor space. i highly recommend it

This place was very nice and easily accommodated our party of 11. The host even made room for an additional person. They also met us at the property and gave us a personal tour of the house. They were both very friendly and made themselves available to us. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It is very quiet in a nice area. With Uber it takes about 30 minutes to the center of Paris. The house corresponds exactly to the description. It is very spacious, nice and cozy. We felt right at home. Communication with Matthieu has always worked smoothly. Overall a very good experience!

The jakozzi was the best, a luxury and a moment of relaxation for the adults and a moment of play and sharing for the little ones The extraordinary living space, well furnished and equipped with everything you need For meal times, both outside and inside, we shared good times around a large table, even though there were 15 of us In short, I highly recommend this villa which is Audrey's family cocoon who takes care of our happiness.

Ideal place to share great moments with friends. Everything was done before we arrived so that we could easily settle in. Inside, the house is spacious and very well laid out. Outside, the children and their parents were able to enjoy the garden (swimming pool, trampoline, ping pong). Clarence was always very responsive before we arrived and during the stay. We had a great weekend.
