A bucolic interlude between lake and mountain

A peaceful, bucolic break, with no neighbours opposite, an exceptional view of the mountain and a very large garden. Between lake and mountain, ideal for a family or friends. You will have a country house all to yourselves, with one bedroom containing a double bed and a second bedroom with two double beds and a single bed, plus your own bathroom and kitchen. You can have lunch and dinner in the sun in the very large garden. At your disposal: trampoline, swing, table football, table tennis table, etc.

(Lyon 30mn, Chambéry25mn, Grenoble 30mn) .The accommodation is perfect for couples, business travelers and families (with children). EUREXPO is within 30 minutes. Nearby (3 minutes) you will find all the shops you may need.

Nestled in a green setting on the heights of the Bridoire, we will be happy to welcome you to this beautiful new T2, single-story, with private garden and offering views of the forest and Biscuit and Iris, our donkeys, regularly present in the park. Within walking distance you will find a bakery, a tobacco shop, a pharmacy and a shopping area within 10 minutes by car. You can enjoy activities (canyoning, GR9 hikes, fishing, sailing, etc.)

Waterfront

We offer you for rent part of our carefully renovated house. It is located in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the Chartreuse mountain range. All shops and restaurants are steps from the house. Rivieralp Leisure Center with ecological swimming is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking is right next to the accommodation, we have a private courtyard for motorcycles. Breakfast on request for an extra 7 euros.

Recharge your batteries in our spacious 200 m² stone house, nestled at the foot of the mountains and ideal for 12 people. Completely renovated, it features a large 3,000 m² garden with a swimming pool (available in summer), breathtaking views and a warm atmosphere. Our house is located in the heart of Novalaise. Enjoy its large terrace with views of the mountains, and its tastefully furnished interior. All shops are 2 steps away, as well as the market on Sunday and Wednesday mornings. It is in a preserved setting that you can enjoy Lake Aiguebelette (swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding...) as well as La Chaine de L'Épine (cycling, hiking...) Ideally located (1 hour from Lyon, Grenoble, Geneva).

We offer a room with a separate entrance. This room is part of a farmhouse renovated with organic and eco-friendly materials (just like the Airbnb room). We are located on the heights of a Savoyard village, on the Chemin de Compostelle, 5 minutes from the highway, 50 minutes from Lyon, 20 minutes from Chambéry and 40 minutes from Annecy. We are at the gates of the Chartreuse mountain range and not far from Lake Aiguebelette.
