Monthly Rentals in Rolling Hills

Great place to stay, I recommend it to anyone looking for a nice clean place, good amenities, walkable distance to several restaurants, and fairly close to the beach. I stayed here to attend a school at Robinson Helicopter Company and it was very close and easy to get to even if you walk.

This is a roomy two-bedroom one-bath apartment on the second floor of a triplex in a residential neighborhood. Very San Pedro, with a worn charm. Be ready to climb stairs—older folks will appreciate the sturdy handrails on the outdoor staircases, front and back (kitchen). Beds (1 King, one Queen) were comfortably firm, with good bedding for the sometimes cool coastal climate. Plenty of closet space—with hangers. Two electric space heaters eased the morning chill. Kitchen with full-size fridge/freezer, gas range & oven, microwave and coffee maker is efficiently compact. This is a fine place to settle into if you are looking for a temporary base on the Peninsula.

Amazing place with a beautiful balcony and great view. The place has everything you need. I work a lot and was able to catch up on a lot of work on my laptop. Very responsive hosts, very kind, accommodating and a great family. Look forward to coming back in the future.
