While I typically do not book shared spaces, I was lucky enough to be the only guest in the unit. More amazingly, I never heard the owners who I assume live on the property. The space was clean, simple and cozy. The breeze was perfect and I could control the temp by opening or closing the windows. Easy access to the highway made this perfect for my weekend adventure to LA.

Had a great time on the boat! If you want peace and quiet away from the hustle, and don’t mind small, cozy spaces and foggy mornings, this is the place for you. The boat has a pump toilet (only for emergencies or #1), and there are showers and restrooms by the entrance. Ice and water are available to buy there too. There’s a grey wheelbarrow for helping with groceries (however, keep food light, no frig, only ice box), which is handy. 2800 Kitchen Lounge is the closest spot for food and drinks, with a nice view of the marina, just a 15-minute walk or 5-minute drive away. It was the perfect getaway to disconnect and relax. Great for solo travelers, or two people if you don’t mind the cozy space!

My friend, who is not used to budget traveling, was a little worried that I booked a shared apt space, but I felt safer than ever! All rooms were booked most of my stay there however everyone respected quiet time and I never saw another renter. No long wait on bathroom or anything of that nature. Great spot. Easy and cheap to walk and/or Uber to everything I wanted / needed to do. Cameras on outside of property. Nice patio space if you can want some time out of your room, my friend and I had a good time on it after some sushi and sake . Safe, clean, private. Thanks, Ricardo!

We loved our stay at Chris' place! Quiet neighborhood with a great view of Redondo Beach and the ocean, amazingly private, the jacuzzi tup was wonderful, comfortable bed, easy to find, lots of parking, great communication with Chris! For the size of the place, the split level design with the bathroom only 6 steps added to the feeling of privacy within the unit. Well done! We'll be back, thanks Chris!
