Located near a fortified house and a typical farmhouse in northern Ardèche, this cottage will seduce you with its quiet setting and exceptional views. It consists of a vaulted living room, a bedroom with a mezzanine connected by an external staircase. The cottage is surrounded by a garden and two terraces where it is pleasant to be in the summer. A hiking trail adjoins the property and the small road leading to the dovecote ends in a cul-de-sac.

Carpark included for one car It is therefore an ideal place for those who want to go green and seek calm.

I welcome you to a home with all amenities. A small kitchen area with microwave, oven, gas stove. A living room with a sofa bed, 140 bed, a bedroom with a 140 bed as well, and a bathroom with shower. I have an extra 80 bed in the bedroom. So cottage with 5 beds but beware of the space which is still small. The maximum for comfort remains 4 people.
