You have 90 square meters of living space, your own entrance and a beautiful , large terrace for yourself. Clay walls and floor/or wall heating create a living climate to breathe. Renovation and furnishings were made with a lot of love for detail. Just feel comfortable!

The city centre of Heiligenstadt can also be reached in a 5-minute drive (or a 30-minute walk via bicycle or rural paths). Cyclists will get their money's worth on the Leine-Heide cycle path, which is about 800m away. A small house, residential medicine developed. In the living area there is the double bed on a gallery with a view over the Werra to Sooden and the mountains. The sofa bed, a small kitchenette and a dining area are so well matched that the entire living space looks large and inviting. The terrace is beautiful and with a view on the Werrawehr. It is a paradise for joyful relaxation. Next door is currently opening a clown school and a small café.

We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning oven, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on our property. Next to the house is the bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, pure reduction!

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, near Kassel and is surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the door into the forest and yet only 20 km away to Kassel by car or tram. My accommodation is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with children) and large groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome and feel very comfortable on a regular basis.
