This lovely holiday flat (highlighted blue, about 40m²), is the ideal location, to explore parts of the Eifel National Park with Lake Rursee. Moreover, the historic Mustard Mill in Monschau, the high rope course in Hürtgenwald, the famous Aachen Cathedral and the international CHIO Equestrian Festival are within a 20 min car ride. In the vicinity of the holiday flat you can find very good shopping facilities and restaurants. In summer you are welcome to use parts of our pristine garden.

Alles is schots & scheef én laag! Back-to-basic, gezellig gekeuvel ipv bliepjes maar mét infraroodsauna. Heerlijk om te ontspannen voor je het fijne 2-p bed inrolt. Om 's morgens met (of door) de geur van vers gebakken broodjes wakker te worden (bakker om de hoek). Hier vergeet je de hectiek en stress van alledag!

Unser Apartment wurde Anfang 2022 frisch renoviert. Wir haben dabei großen Wert auf hochwertige & natürliche Materialien gelegt. Mit dem Auto erreichst du zeitnah Aachen, Belgien oder Niederlande. Es besteht nach Absprache die Möglichkeit E-Bikes in der Unterkunft abzustellen & zu laden.

Eifelloft21 Monschau & Rursee

Das Eifelloft21 steht oberhalb des charmanten kleinen Dörfchens Hammer. Es ist renoviert, aber der Charme des Holzhauses ist erhalten geblieben. Die Doppelhaushälfte bietet auf ca. 50 qm Platz für zwei Personen. Durch das offene Wohnkonzept hat man von überall einen sagenhaften Ausblick in die Natur, nur das WC ist mit einer Tür getrennt. Vom Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche betritt man den Balkon. Rursee, Hohe Venn und Monschau in der Nähe. Preis inkl. 5% Eifeler Übernachtungspauschale.

Kornelius I - a nice apartment with garden

Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

Die Wohnung hat eine Fläche von ca. 120 qm und ist hochwertig eingerichtet. Letzte Renovierung 2018. Die Wohnung bietet Platz für 2-4 Gäste. Auf Wunsch können Kinderbett und ein Kinderhochstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Die Terrasse auf der Rückseite gehört zur Ferienwohnung. Es gibt eine überdachte Sitzecke sowie eine Tischtennisplatte. Ein Holzkohlegrill steht zur Verfügung. Kinder können auch gerne im Garten spielen.

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)
