Cottage with wood-burning stove and fire pit

Lovely cottage of 90m ² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a lovely common area with a bathing jetty during the summer months. There is no water view from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, dish towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom some underfloor heating that is on when the power is cheap. The garden is completely secluded with room for games, sports, and games.

Cozy wooden house with garden

Relax with the family at this peaceful place to stay. The wooden house has two good bedrooms as well as an outdoor shelter with two extra mattresses. The garden is cozy with a nice terrace all the way around the house. The house has a nice kitchen area with a large sofa area, dining table and a large and spacious kitchen. There is a high chair and a weekend bed in the house as well as some toys. You can park easily and free of charge right in front of the house, and it is not far to the center of Copenhagen from the house either by car or S-tog.

Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities. Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!
