The fully equipped, modern apartment (95 m²) with separate entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. In the spacious and bright apartment, there are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. The quiet location invites you to take walks and excursions to the nearby vineyards and the surrounding area. The center of Groß-Umstadt with its historic market square is 4 km away, Darmstadt 24 km and Aschaffenburg 26 km. The train station (700 m) offers connection to the public transport network.

Our Airbnb apartment on Konrad-Adenauer-Ufer offers stunning views of the Main. Discover picturesque streets and historic houses in the charming old town. Enjoy wine tastings in the vineyards and explore the surrounding nature. Due to the proximity to Frankfurt, Mainz, Wiesbaden and only 15 minutes from Frankfurt Airport, you can also take excursions to the surrounding cities and the vibrant metropolis. Have you ever wondered what it's like to live in an old half-timbered house? However, without having to do without the usual amenities! Then you are exactly right with us. With one step you are in the middle of the old town of Seligenstadt, a southern Hessian pearl not yet known to everyone. On two floors we offer space for up to six people, a large living / dining area, terrace and balcony and storage for your bicycles.

Kitchen is equipped for eating and cooking - cutlery, glasses, plates, pots etc. Walk-in closet available. Cozy balcony with seating. Please note that this property has a large double bed under the roof, with a standing height of 160 cm and can be reached via a wooden staircase.

Nice generous and tastefully furnished Appartment in listed villa. The whole upper floor with separate entrance offers place for 2-8 people. 3 bedrooms with double beds. An additional sleeping couch, one double bed and one additional single bed in the large living room. Unfortunately, due to the sharp rise in energy prices, I have to charge an additional fee, which is noted under the "Cleaning" item.

Enjoy your stay in this spacious, cozy place. There is plenty of space in the three bedrooms and the large kitchen-living room and in the garden you can relax and enjoy the evenings outdoors. The train station and the Main bike path are within a few minutes' walk. Free parking is also available.
