Attic apartment completed in August 2021 with a quiet location in the center of the village. The living area is open plan and offers a view into the gable. The well-equipped fitted kitchen was included in the open concept. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and bamboo parquet and also has a fireplace The view through the floor-to-ceiling windows falls on the quiet residential street or the green roof. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a quarter-circle shower.

Quietly located in the longest street village in Lower Saxony with a beautiful sun terrace and views of nature. The tastefully furnished, ground-level (but not handicapped-accessible) and newly renovated apartment is a nice place to relax and be happy. Interesting places can be explored in the vicinity. There are natural pools and tranquil places like Steinhuder Meer. Excursion destinations such as the Walsrode Bird Park, Heidepark Soltau or the Serengeti Park provide variety.

Living on an old farm

The small apartment is on an old farm that has been converted into apartments. The charm of the apartment with the old beams invites you to relax and unwind. A large associated property can be used for picnicking or sunbathing. There is plenty of parking on the farm. The apartment is located in Düshorn, a small village in the Lüneburg Heath. There is a bakery and village shop, and in Walsrode, 3 km away, there are numerous shopping opportunities.

Vacation home / fitter's apartment

We offer you a nice and cozy apartment of about 74 m² in Neustadt am Rübenberge in the district of Suttorf. The state capital of Hanover can be reached via the B6 in 25 kilometers. The Steinhuder Meer is 15 kilometers away. The nearest shopping facilities such as Lidl, Aldi, Famila, Netto, DM, gas station and a bakery are about 2 km away as well as a large Chinese restaurant. Free parking is available on the property for our guests.

Christina's small, cozy cottage

Do you want nature, peace and quiet? Then we have the right vacation home for you. Whether alone or with the family, up to 4 people can stay with us. The ideal occupancy (i.e. the occupancy where you have the most comfort 25 m²) is 2 people. Your 200 m² plot is completely fenced and is at your disposal for your exclusive use. Our vacation home is also a good starting point for excursions to the heath or the amusement parks located there.

Vacation apartment in Edelhof

The small apartment in our historic half-timbered house is renovated with natural building materials. It has an entrance area with kitchenette and dining table. From this, there is a small bathroom with shower and toilet as well as the combined living-sleeping room. There is a double bed and the sofa bed, so that possibly even four people can stay overnight. The apartment is not accessible due to several steps and a high door threshold.

Apartment in Düshorn

Our small apartment is about 3 km away from Walsrode. This includes the world's largest bird park. We are in the middle of Hanover, Hamburg and Bremen. This has many opportunities for recreation, shopping and excursions. Düshorn includes, among other things, a beach bath and a mini golf course. Serengeti Park is also only 8 km from here. A small supermarket and bakery is also on site. The beautiful Lüneburg Heath is right outside.

At the berry farmer

The apartment (ground floor) is located in the countryside on the edge of an idyllic village in the Aller-Leine valley, on a berry fruit farm. Facilities include washing machine, dishwasher, TV, Wi-Fi, carport. In a few km you can reach shopping facilities, train station, amusement parks (Serengetipark, Heidepark Soltau, Weltvogelpark). Extensive cycling, walking and riding trails are at the front door.

Lovely apartment with large garden on the outskirts

The apartment is beautifully located on the southernmost edge of the Lüneburg Heath near the Heath Park, the Safari Park and the World Bird and is located in the attic of my small half-timbered house. There is a large garden with fruit trees, seating areas, sun loungers and hammock. The surroundings invite you to take long walks and bike or boat tours on the Aller and Leine rivers.
