A very nice apartment with everything you need. Very good mattresses, a great rain shower, nice seating in the dining room. A small balcony on the south side, with two seats, was perfect for morning coffee.

We had a wonderful stay... Accommodation faithful to the description and great... Helmut is a golden host, absolutely nothing more to say except that you can go there with your eyes closed!

We had a great time in the beautiful apartment with a wonderful roof terrace & the most beautiful view. Everything you need was there, the kitchen is well equipped and it was clean. Contact with Clemens was straightforward & very friendly :)

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

The view from this apartment is breathtaking and what sold us on the place! My husband and I really enjoyed staying here and the luxurious touches. Very close to grocery stores, restaurants, hikes. Has all the necessities and is as shown in the pictures. There are other units beside and upstairs which made it less private however still a great stay overall.

Absolutely stunning destination and accommodation with everything you need and other luxuries! It exceeded all our expectations. We loved the sauna & jaccuzzi with a view at the terrace. We spent a fantastic week in this beautiful house in May 2025. As soon as you enter, you can feel how much love and taste the house has been furnished with. The modern furnishings leave nothing to be desired and everything is just as beautiful as it is promised in the pictures. The magnificent balcony and the whirlpool in particular gave us unforgettable moments of relaxation – we enjoyed the time there very much. The hosts also rounded off our stay perfectly: always available, warm and extremely helpful. We felt completely comfortable and will be happy to come back as soon as the path leads us back to this wonderful region

We stayed with my wife and toddler for 6 days. Loved the piece and quiet there. The view is just breathtaking, so it’s worth all the way up and downs. The place had everything and it was so clean, we really felt like home during our stay. The only thing we missed was a chair for the kid. Really recommend this place!

An amazing place to relax and get some rest! Beautiful surroundings, really peaceful. Airbnb is cozy, comfy and you feel at home! It’s definitely the best Airbnb I have ever been to and I am so glad that I ended up here for a whole week! Kitchen is well equipped, bedroom is comfortable and atmospheric, I was simply in LOVE!

Franz was communicative and friendly. The place is modern and kept very clean. The kitchen is quite nice. The beds are comfortable and the porch gives you a nice view with sounds of wildlife. Would definitely stay here again.

Great, clean, comfortable place. Would highly recommend. Only thing I wish was better was the online check in website didn’t function great for me and took me about 20 mins to get all my information and passports loaded.

The apartment was very nice and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with all the needs and even the smallest details such as spices, oil and coffee were present, and this is rare and we appreciate it a lot. The bathroom is clean and the water is hot and constant, and the apartment is very warm and suitable for cold weather. The host was very cooperative, gave us the option to pick up the key from his office or meet us at the apartment, and explained everything in detail. The safety point is excellent, and everything is organized and clear. Overall, it was a great experience and I give them 10 out of 10⭐️

Ute's place was perfect, extremely clean, in a nice quiet location close to the city of Cortina. Her communication was excellent, and she has some great recommendations. The house has everything we needed for a 4 night stay to hike the surrounding trails. It was central to all the main hikes. We highly recommend Ute's location.

good and clean studio, central in the dolomites. only minor issue is that the beds are 2 seperate 1p beds. When putting them next to eachother they always slide away again.. had to block the beds

Great apartment with beautiful views towards the valley and Seceda mountain. Davide was a super friendly and helpful host. Local bus stop just in front of the front door. Comfortable hard mattresses, drying room for ski equipment, parking places.
