Fall is finally here:) Enjoy marsh views with an ocean backdrop from the covered porch of our little modern beach house. Designed and built by my husband and myself, the Surf Bug features handcrafted details including cypress trim, hardwood floors, and butcher block countertops. We encourage you to kick off your shoes, unplug, and walk down to the beach—just three minutes walk without crossing any streets. I am a meticulous cleaner, and the white 100% cotton bedding is percale, made in Portugal.

Tiny House living...Can you do it? Come try it out in this 240 sq ft tiny house at the beach! The custom tiny house is just steps from the ocean on a semi-oceanfront lot. Enjoy the multi level outdoor deck with lush landscape or hang out upstairs with floor to ceiling windows and a perfect view of the Rodanthe Pier. The interior exhibits wide plank pine floors, cypress ship lap & custom hickory stairs with mahogany inlay and live cedar accents. The kitchen has concrete counters and a farm sink.

Modern Beach Studio Outer Banks

Welcome to Modern Beach Studio, freshly renovated in 2021. With a private entrance through the carport, you will find an airy, refreshing, and bright space to blissfuly make your vacation home away from home. The studio can sleep four with extra room to spare for your beloved fur baby. During your stay, enjoy the quirky kitchenette and functional full bathroom with basic amenities provided. Bonus outdoor spaces include an outdoor shower and back patio to complete your Outer Banks experience.

Sea La Vie

Our family warmly invites you to experience a stay in our tiny home, Sea La Vie. Centrally located in Rodanthe, North Carolina on Hatteras Island. We hope you will find Sea La Ve to be as charming and cozy as we do. With lots of warm lighting, comfy furniture, a bonus outside shower, and private beach access it is the perfect spot to come and escape reality! The beach is located at the end of our road and can be reached by foot in less than 5 minutes, but also feel free to drive.

This studio apartment is located just seven houses from the beach in Frisco--a quick 2 minute walk or an even quicker bike ride. Sleep well in a cozy king bed wake up and enjoy your coffee on a tucked-away patio. This charming cottage located steps from the ocean is loaded with character, originally built to be a diner in 1948 it has been renovated into a charming rental for you to enjoy! This small cottage is 810 sqft, 1 king bedroom and 2 xl twins in bunkroom, 1 queen sofa bed in the sunroom, 1 bath, with an open living, dining, kitchen area. The porch is a favorite spot for morning coffee or evening happy hours!

Historic Salvo Inn - Double Full - Room #15

Newly remodeled private studio room located in the property formerly known as the Salvo Inn. It is one of the few motel style structures still standing in the Tri Village on Hatteras Island. This room contains two full size beds, a private bathroom, mini fridge, microwave, kuerig, Roku TV equipped with Cable, and WiFi.
