Monthly Rentals in Rocky Mountains

The apartment was beautiful! It was even better than the pictures! It was spacious, luxurious, cozy and well stocked! It had all the necessary supplies from laundry to kitchen stuff( condiments , oils, sauces etc) . The location was great with lots to do around and panoramic views all around! Walkable to most places. We were there for only 2 nights and were sad to go. Definitely going to come back very soon for a longer stay. Thank you Wayne for being a great host and for your lovely apartment!

Brenda’s Airbnb was a true sanctuary during one of the hardest times in my life. After long days at the hospital where my husband underwent heart surgery, returning to such a clean, cozy, and inviting space brought immense comfort. The location was perfect—close to the hospital and vibrant Kensington, with walkable access to the river and parks for peaceful moments. The 24/7 gym was a fantastic bonus, offering a much-needed outlet to recharge. Brenda and Torren’s kindness went above and beyond. They cared for my dog, Curtis, with such love and attention, treating him as if he were their own. Knowing he was safe and cherished eased my worries immensely. This wasn’t just a stay—it was a place of comfort, healing, and genuine support. The thoughtful amenities and extraordinary care made all the difference, and I will always be grateful for the strength I found here.

Enjoyed my stay

We enjoyed our month long stay at Sarah's place! We are relocating to Spokane and it was a great place to stay as we explored the area. Sarah was extremely responsive with anything that came up. We highly recommend staying here if you are coming to Spokane! Our pup loved the special bowl Sarah left ao much that we had to buy her one when we checked out:)
