Holiday houses in Rocky Mountains

Tricia was a great host. She lives at the property but we never heard her and was super respectful of our space. She was responsive to everything and even made us cookies on our last night! The location is perfect my family walked to and from dinner every night. It was tough to leave because the view from the primary bedroom and the upstairs sitting area was nothing short of spectacular!!! The space was roomie enough for 8 adults to be there multiple days without feeling on top of each other. The private hot tub was a bonus as well!!

Comfortable, well appointed condo with great layout. Great location with driveway and garage. It had everything we needed for our week in Pagosa Springs for skiing trip. We cooked some and ate out at some at restaurants in the area. The condo has great views and is on the river where we frequently saw deer. It is short walk to shopping and springs. Would definitely stay here again!

For context, we stayed here for 1 month with a dog and would recommend it. If you're browsing and trying to make a decision, here's a summary of the highlights: 1. Attached garage - very helpful in the winter and uncommon in SLC where houses are older 2. Safe, walkable area with parks - must-have for those with pets 3. Investment in things that matter - Excellent Purple mattress and huge TVs 4. Fantastic host - Brett was very accommodating and responsive. E.g. he helped us get workstations set up, replaced the garage remote, etc. 5. Smart use of space - It's a 1 bedroom with a flex space downstairs. Brett made it very functional with touches like fold-up TV tables I'd strongly recommend this spot! If you're unsure about anything, reach out to Brett. We enjoyed getting to know him when he replaced the garage remote and may consider his other cool properties too next time we're in SLC (love his WabiSabi property!)

I really loved staying at this place! I walked in and immediately felt comfortable, I loved how the place was decorated. She had everything I needed and the bed was comfortable. It was located in a prime downtown location walking distance to all the down town shops and restaurants. The red line picked up about 3 blocks away which will take you to shops in the village or skiing, and if you are skiing you can access the mountain via the green line just outside the parking lot! I was very happy with this place and would definitely stay here again! Kelly was very responsive. Of note- the neighborhood is quiet, but the apartment does transmit a lot of noise. I think this is an issue with most airbnb's in the area, but you will definitely hear people if they are talking in the parking lot (at least in the living room) and people moving around upstairs. If you are a super light sleeper this may not be the place for you.

I have been genuinely impressed with the level of professionalism that Kyle and his team exhibit in all interactions. They are always responsive to inquiries, attentive to detail, and proactive in addressing any concerns that may arise during my stays. This commitment to excellent service has made my experiences highly enjoyable and stress-free.

We loved staying at Kathy and Shane’s place in Bodega Bay. The house is extremely comfortable and well-located. We were a group of four friends and were able to cook together, eat at the large dining table, hang out in either the upstairs or downstairs, sitting areas, and enjoy the hot tub on the deck. The house was super clean and worked really well for us. The beds were very comfortable. We also found it to be a convenient location for touring with to the south to Point Reyes or to the coast north of Bodega Bay. We hope to return!

It was the best stay that we could have asked for! We will definitely be coming back!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Laura’s place for a few days while visiting the area. We loved the location of her place. It was close to town and the mountain for skiing/snowboarding. It had great views of the lake and was quiet and comfortable. Laura was responsive and provided easy check in/check out instructions. Would definitely stay again
