Monthly Rentals in Rockaway Beach, Queens

I really enjoyed my time in this spacious unit. In addition to easy access to bus, train, and ferry terminals this location is a block away from Rockaway boardwalk and beach. Whether in an active or leisure mood, this place provides easy access to it all. Yovel was very welcoming, responsive, and in some cases anticipatory to my needs ensuring a pleasant stay. On my return to New York, this is the first place I check for availability.

This place is spectacular in every way. The layout offers ocean views from Every room. You can hear the waves and see the sunrise from the rooftop deck. Livingroom and dining room. The kitchen is well stocked and the home is sparkling clean. The location is superb- you can walk the boardwalk to amazing ethnic restaurants, Coffee shops, even an outdoor performance pavilion. Most of all wilson and Veronica could not have been more accommodating. This is my second stay (we are a group of 6 … we will return and are looking forward to it already

Noel and Michelle were the most exceptional hosts we have encountered. Extremely responsive, friendly and accommodating. The place was very clean, cute and has a comfy bed. Safe neighborhood and one block to the beach with a walkable boardwalk. Noel and Michelle are incredible people and a pleasure to rent from. Definitely staying again!

This was a great place to stay for a few months. Close to the beach and a walkable shopping area. Easy access to the rest of the city but a peaceful neighborhood. Andy was very responsive and easy to get ahold of.
