Fabulous spot on the water, friendly and welcoming reception. House has fascinating design features. Outside space and paddle boat great when the sun is out.

Lovely quiet place! Felt like a vacation.

Richard and Brenda are very welcoming hosts, no question is too much and they are very proactive. Upon arrival, the Jacuzzi turned out to be broken, but the boat was then offered free of charge, and we were able to do a lovely trip on the lakes. the house feels like a home, everything is in the house to make it a nice stay (kitchen supplies, herbs, etc but also board games, a Wii,...) definitely recommend staying here

We had a wonderful stay in this lovingly furnished cottage. The hostess was warm and attentive, we felt immediately welcome. The location is fantastic – right on the lake and just a few minutes walk from the sea. A perfect place to relax. Highly recommend!

We had 4 very nice days in the idyllic surroundings and the very nice house. There were five of us there and we had a dog with us too. Everything was a great fit. Very nice contact with quick responses from Wouter. The location of the house is wonderful, quiet and with a great view of the water all around. Beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows and the house is exactly as described in the listing. It is not far to lisse to Keukenhof, Utrecht and Amsterdam.

we were able to spend wonderful quiet days. The instructions worked out great for the "ferry" to get to the house. The contact was always quick and informative, we felt well taken care of.

A top accommodation, a whole experience

Spacious and bright space. Beautiful lake views near the sea and with covered and heated swimming pool appreciable after the excursions. Bruges is 20 min , Ghent 40 min and Brussels 1h20 . Close to the border of the Netherlands we were visited Sluis. Ideal location to discover the area and enjoy and break nature /sea. Vera and Arno are very responsive and their apartment is impeccable and well-equipped.

Beautiful and cosy apartment in Kortgene, close to cities and beaches with 15-30 min by car. Supermarket is just on the other side of the road. Very reactive host and big bathroom. The only thing worth mentioning is that the apartment has no door separating it from the stairs to the lower floor. We did not have a problem with this however and we never saw the neighbors below so I assume they are mainly using the other exit to give the Airbnb privacy. Would definitely recommend❤️

The harbor courtyard was easy to find, the check in was just hassle-free. The apartment fully corresponded to the description. The highlight is the view of the Loosdrechter Ser. The supermarket on the opposite side of the street makes your shopping very easy. The central location ( about 10 minutes to the highway) allow quick access to the sights. will be happy to come back. We 2 adults, 2 children and little dog loved our stay. Beautiful location, beautiful village! Quiet, green space and everything nearby. Beautiful house, nice mattresses, good bathroom and kitchen and equipped with every comfort! Definitely worth repeating!

Very beautiful place peaceful relaxing

We spent 4 nights over Easter in Rudi‘s cottage and throughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage is very bright and clean with a comfy bed. and sofa, a great shower and excellent lighting (this is something that I often miss in hotel rooms). The view from the terrace is outstanding. We were lucky with the weather and spent many hours there after cycling in the area or visiting nearby Utrecht. Rudi is a very friendly person, always smiling, giving us recommendations etc. Would re-visit anytime. Thank you, Rudi - also for the delicious welcome-cake!

John's place was lovely. We have what we need. A great place for family gateway. My little ones wished to stay longer!

Very nicely renovated cottage, located in a cul-de-sac street of a quiet complex. The house is very clean, lovingly furnished and child-proof (2 and 6 years old). The small beach on the inland sea within walking distance is great for small children and very quiet. The communication with Marie-Claire was very warm and accommodating. We got great tips for excursions and restaurants from her. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the accommodation!

Everything was perfect, the communication, the house itself, the view and the easy access to amsterdam city. I highly recommend this AirBnB ! ❤️

Angelique is a super host, very responsive and on hand if you need anything answered or help with directions etc. I have not encountered a better air bnb host :-) The water cottage is peaceful and restful and has everything you need. For Amsterdam you must be either prepared to drive or happy to walk just over 1.3 miles into the town. Its a 45 min bus into Amsterdam which is pretty regular or you can drive 15 mins to a train station and make your way in from there. We had no problem with this at all but some might be put off. However the location and quiet peace by the water was super and worth it!

We had a wonderful, unforgettable time with Rianne and Ramond. It's one of the nicest Airbnb's we've stayed at so far. The small cottage on the lake leaves nothing to be desired. We sat outside in the countryside in the evening and watched the ducks and could marvel at the most magnificent sunsets. The place and everything around it is decorated with a lot of love for detail and stylish. In the well-equipped kitchen you could conjure up a delicious dinner. Rianne and Ramond are very nice and warm hosts. They were always available and very responsive. Dear Rianne and Ramond, Thank you for making it possible for people to have a nice time on your beautiful spot on earth. :)
