Ce logement est très bien situé. Proche du village, et ayant un accès direct au carrefour de nombreuses directions. (Montélimar, Cruas, routes de l'Ardèche). Studio parfait pour un travailleur ou un pied à terre pour visiter l'Ardèche. Le studio qui vient d'être rénové se trouve sous les toits. Il est spacieux et confortable. Il a une bonne isolation thermique été comme hiver. Il contient un lit double et deux lits d'appoints pour enfant (60 de large)

Detached house on a 1,183 m² lot with parking. 3 bedrooms with a 160/200 bed and two 140/190 beds. 2 living rooms, one of which is equipped with a sofa bed that converts to a 160/200 bed. Terrace, 10 m² pool, barbecue, wood-burning oven (optional). The house is located close to Rochemaure, Montélimar, close to the gorges of the Ardèche, Vallon Pont d'Arc. We live there all year round, so it's our "home" that we rent out when we go on vacation.
