Great house for a family vacation! The house has all facilities you need and is located conveniently close to Suze-La-Rousse (small village with some nice shops and restaurant).

Kevin et Laetitia’s place is as close to “heaven on earth” as I’ve encountered in a long time! I am looking forward to trying to come back for a longer stay ASAP, it was absolutely incredible and as hosts, they were wonderful to work with. The interior is accommodating and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest details and the exterior is a peaceful, divine oasis of comfort and pleasure. The surrounding areas are easy to access and everything was 10/10 wonderful! Merci beaucoup, Kevin & Laetitia!

We stayed as a couple together with our 2 little children. We enjoyed the accommodation for a week. Especially our oldest son loved the pool and garden. We also found the bedrooms a big plus. Thank you again for the stay!

a beautiful house in a beautiful environment. a splendid view of the valley. in a quiet place, and far from everything. we were there to ride a bike with a foot on the ground. Via Rhona is 30 minutes by bike. but the region is fantastic for this activity. a beautiful pool in a beautiful setting. a beautiful, clean, modern house with everything you need. 3 beautiful bedrooms + a room that serves as a bedroom with a sofa bed with a very good mattress. The only downside is that there is no shed or garage available to store bikes and accessories.

We had a great stay, the setting is beautiful with a beautiful view and tranquility, the accommodation is perfect and well decorated, we enjoyed the plancha of the hot tub and pool. the host is super responsive to any requests. i highly recommend this place.

We truly enjoyed our stay, a perfect location to unwind and immerse yourself in nature. It was a nice surprise to find so many animals: a horse, super cute dogs and a cat. The garden is beautiful, you can walk around, go down to the river, enjoy quietness and pure nature all around. The road to the location is also very nice - like a hidden path through nature. It’s definitely a place to come back to, with an amazing energy. Even two nights restore you fully and feels like you stayed much longer than this. Not to mention a stylish and tastefully decorated house. You can find all you need. Amazing both side terraces - to enjoy a morning sun and a sunset.

It was a very short stay (1 night), but we were enchanted from the moment we arrived. The place is bucolic, the postcard 'Provençal'. The reality is even more beautiful than in the photos. One of the best Airbnbs I've ever been to. The accommodation is superb, tastefully decorated and warm. I can only recommend it if you want to discover the Ardèche and stay in a spacious, cosy apartment, in which you feel really good. The village of Balazuc is beautiful, and you can walk to the beach in 10 minutes, we enjoyed it. Mary is a great host, responsive and thanks to her everything was easy and chill.

La Conciergerie De Nicolas was quick to respond to questions. The location is fine. Close to the highway that doesn't bother you at all. And you can actually go in all directions: To the Drôme, to the Ardèche , to Orange, to Avignon, etc. We could spend a few more weeks here without getting bored.

accommodating host on the departure time that we requested an hour later than expected. very nice accommodation as described. we were able to enjoy the barbecue and the terrace because the sun was at the rendezvous. board games were available to us. we enjoyed being able to park our minibus inside the property because it was a rental and we would not have been damaged by being parked in a street or nearby parking lot. we will return to Sébastien and Jessica with pleasure

Very good weekend in Grignan, Jean Loup's house is very nice and tastefully decorated. Breakfast on the very nice terrace. The village is accessible in 4 min walk and it is easy to park close to the house. Jean Loup is a very nice, warm host, you feel like you're on holiday with friends! Thanks for a lovely weekend!
