The place is a good base to visit local hill top villages and to access the beach. The hosts were very responsive and we enjoyed our stay.

Our stay in Scarlino was simply perfect. The house was clean, cozy and well equipped, with a breathtaking view that made every moment even more special. A great added value was Valentina's availability and kindness, who not only provided us with all the useful information to get to the house easily, including the ZTL pass, but also solved a problem with Wi-Fi in advance, guaranteeing us an excellent connection- a real plus for us who had to work remotely. The village of Scarlino is quiet and very nice, perfect for those looking for relaxation, and is also in a strategic position to visit the beautiful surrounding areas. We were so warmly welcomed by Guiseppe and his lovely family. They live on the property and the comunication was always easy and they were here when we needed something. The Apartment is in a quite and green area. It is not far by bike to the beach or to Castiglione. When we left they gave us melons from their own production. The best melons we had in Italy! Thank you so much for having us! Hope to come back one day.
